Incredible. We have had other home inspectors in the past, but Clearview was by far the best and most thorough. From the very start, we know we were in good hands and that our inspector had our needs understood. Totally great inspection and have already recommended them to my sister. Thanks guys

Tom was professional, efficient and thorough. His detailed report included recommendations (also included photographs describing issues/concerns) and was submitted via email the same day as the home inspection. I highly recommend his services.

Tom did a fantastic job and thoroughly inspected this home. We decided to select the more comprehensive package. Tom was very patient and answered all of our questions. He produced a very descriptive report that included digital pictures, thermal pictures, and lab results. Tom performed the complete home inspection with Infrared scan and air quality testing for molds for a very attractive price. I would definitely recommend Clearview Home Inspections. Our inspector was knowledgeable, thorough and informative. The report produced that very extensive. We were on a very tight timely to get our home inspection done and Clearview was able to accommodate us.

Tom did a wonderful job. Everything was well documented in a PDF document that came quickly after the inspection which was easy to follow. It included plenty of pictures with all deficiencies found and recommendations for action and timelines. Tom walked me around the house providing a "play by play" of the various issues and fielded all of my questions. Overall very good job done. A+ Thank you

I am thoroughly impressed with the property inspection completed by Clearview! We ended up passing on the property BECAUSE our inspector Tom found a serious problem the sellers were unwilling to allow us further consultations on to clear up the seriousness of the problem. Had Tom not brought this issue to our attention, we may have ended up buying a property with a serious foundation problems and water leakage in the basement. We opted for the infrared imaging as well as air sampling for mold. Tom provided an exhaustive electronic report including comments and photos just a few short hours after our inspection. We had three people plus our realtor there for the appointment. Tom was patient with answering all of our questions and did not proceed to the next step until we understood (and had translated in some instances) the issue we were talking about. I would highly recommend Clearview to anyone needing a house inspection.
