Great experience! Coming from Australia to Canada there are so many differences and new things to consider because of climate extremes. Tom from Clearview was very thorough and knowledgeable and friendly too which made the whole experience enjoyable in what can be a stressful time. From the first phone converstaion to the inspection itself, he explained and showed everything he was doing and went over every detail of his notes at the end of the inspection, to ensure I understood what he had done. His report is equally as detailed and I will use it as my home maintenance checklist. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company and without a doubt would use Tom again in the future!!!

Good job. My husband and I bought a new home and hired Tom from Clearview to perform our 30 day tarion inspection. Tom was very methodical and reviewed the home completely and produced a very professional report that we used to fill in our tarion form. We are very satisfied with the inspection and are happy to recommend Clearview.

We were very impressed with Tom from Clearview. He was very thorough throughout the inspection and provided us with very good information about the home. The thermal camera was very cool, Tom found moisture with the infrared camera below the bathroom (the homeowner said the toilet overflowed a week prior). All in all, a very good inspection and we would be happy to recommend Tom.

Very well done! I'm very happy I chose Tom for my pre-purchase condo inspection. Finding the right condo was tough and I had to reschedule my inspection a couple of times but Tom was very understanding and accommodating.
