From start to finish, the home inspection was well done! I hired Tom based on the reviews that he had at Homestar, and he did not dissapoint. He was very punctual (15 mins earlier than the appointment) and explained everything that he was checking and inspecting patiently with us. He also encouraged us with our questions and not once did he made us feel ignorant or uncomfortable because of it. He did a great inspection of the house and took a lot of time going through everything. He is very professional and well prepared. We highly recommend him and as we were very happy with his service. I highly recommend Tom and his services. During the inspection of my house, he was thorough and paid close attention to details. He was professional from start to finish and took time to explain issues that I was unclear with. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. His experience was clearly shown in the manner in which he conducted the inspection. I knew I was in good hands. I was also very thankful that he even came back at no charge after a month because I had a question about a retaining wall. I would definitely recommend him!

We are very impressed with the house inspection completed by Tom from ClearView Home & Property Inspections! My experience with Tom was positive from beginning to end. During the inspection Tom patiently and effectively fielded questions about many aspects of the house and its feature while he photographed and provided a 'play-by-play' of what he was doing and why. We opted for the infrared imaging which was well worth the extra we paid for because be found a leak below the upstairs bathroom that even the existing homeowners didn't know. I felt so much more confident about my potential house purchase. Tom provided an exhaustive electronic report including comments and photos before the evening was done.
