    Home Inspection and Infrared Camera Scan

    True professional! I contacted Tom for a home inspection as I am buying an older home. I was very impressed throughout the entire service. Tom was very detailed and conducted a thorough inspection. Tom has extensive knowledge and was very open to answering questions every step of the way. He displays a high level of professionalism and integrity in his work. The service was above my expectations and I will be certainly hiring Tom when I buy another house. I would highly recommend ClearView to all homeowners for outstanding service, high quality work and exceptional value.

    Home Inspection

    I was very pleased with the home inspection provided by Clearview. Tom was thorough, and really took the time to ensure that we understood the issues. He was transparent and informative by telling us not only about current problems, but also potential ones, as well as offering tips on maintenance and upkeep. We were very pleased with our home inspection experience and recommended Clearview to others.

    Home Inspection

    Great inspection! Tom conducted a Tarion inspection for me and conducted himself very professionally throughout. He is extremely knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the home. He produced a high quality report with many helpful diagrams. I would definitely recommend Tom from ClearView.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Camera

    I contacted Tom to complete the inspection of a semi commercial building I was looking at purchasing after reading all of the great reviews he had. Tom lived up to his reviews providing a very thorough review of all aspects of the property and taking the time to discuss all of his and my concerns thoroughly. I would be happy to recommend Tom's and Clearviews services to my friends, family and colleagues.

    Home Inspection (with Infrared Camera option)

    I selected Tom to do our home inspection based on ratings on Homestars. Similar to all his other extremely positive reviews, he was at the home on-time, he took the time to explain the process he was going to follow, he confirmed many times that questions were welcomed, and then proceeded with the inspection. He was thorough and explained all his findings. What I liked best is that we finished at the home around 8pm and by 11:30pm I had a detailed 70-page report in my email with all the findings, background, priorities, and impacts. As a non-expert in building-related issues, the report will be extremely valuable in guiding me to prioritize repairs over the coming years. I highly recommend Tom and he will be doing any future home inspections I need done.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Camera Scan

    Having just about purchased my new house, I needed someone who was very knowledgeable about all of the potential or current problems in this house. I went online and looked at a lot of different ratings and came across Tom. When he did the inspection he noticed all problems with the house and was very knowledgeable on costs of fixing problems and was a great teacher on things I did not already know about. I felt free to ask questions both during and after the inspection and I had a fun time doing something that can be very time consuming. The report was very extensive and covered everything I had asked for in great detail. Anything I did not know about I would just ask. I would definitely recommend him to any of my family who needs similar services.

    Home inspection

    They were very professional. I had a leaky basement before and then I got it fixed. I was still worried my basement still have some problem, so I called them for a home inspection. They took their time and gather results. Few days later they told me my results by mail. They were awesome!

    Home Inspection, Infrared Camera, and Air sampling for Mold

    Our home inspector, Thomas Rando, was very personable and knowledgable. His expertise was evident when he took us on a tour of the home to explain all his findings. A detailed written report, with various photographs, was sent to us the same evening! Additional links were included in the report, to help us become as informed as possible as new home owners . What was extremely helpful were the items that needed to be improved in the home were given a timeline of when each issue should be addressed. For example, "earliest opportunity", "less than 1 year", "discretionary". This was very helpful in prioritizing improvements that we should budget for in the very near future after moving in to our new home. We would highly recommend "ClearView Home & Property Inspections" for their excellent customer service and overall professionalism. ~ Nargis

    Home Inspection

    Well Done! Great value for money as inspections was not only beneficial in the decision to purchase a house but the report is also a great reference tool. Tom was very professional, polite, showed up on time and spent about 3 hrs doing a thorough inspection. We were very impressed with the report which was delivered very quickly, later that same evening

    Home Inspection

    Tom from Clearview Home Inspections was a true professional whose work was very thorough. He helped with my Tarion inspection. He was honest, to the point, and made suggestions that I would never have thought of myself. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend him to anyone looking to have their home inspected.
