    Home Inspection and Infrared Camera Scan

    Tom did a professional job with our inspection. He showed a genuine sense caring and pride during the inspection of our home. He was patient and wanted to ensure I understood the importance of each defect. The report was very informative and nicely organized. Overall I had a good experience with Tom and have already recommended him to my neighbor. Thank you Tom!

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Tom completed a home inspection for us as we prepare for our 1-year Tarion warranty. We were able to schedule our appointment quickly, and Tom arrived right on time. He was very thorough in his inspection of both the interior and exterior of our home, documenting all issues that require further attention. The thermal camera was very helpful to identify a couple of places where a draft was coming in to our home. Tom explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He also helped to explain some general home maintenance issues, which was very beneficial. I was very pleased with ClearView, and gladly recommend this service.

    Home Inspection

    Great inspection! Tom was able to inspect our home in preparation for the completion of our Tarion inspection form. He was able to review the home and uncover a few things that we were not aware of. He produced a good report that we used in completing our Tarion form. I would recommend his services.

    Home Inspection, Infrared Camera, Air sampling

    I am thoroughly impressed with the property inspection completed by Tom! We ended up passing on the property BECAUSE Tom found a couple of problems the sellers were unwilling to allow us further engineering consultations on to clear up the seriousness of the problem. Had Tom not brought this issue to our attention, we may have ended up buying a property with a serious foundation problem. We opted for the infrared imaging which was very useful in providing more information about the house as well as air sampling for mold. Tom provided an exhaustive electronic report including comments and photos just a few short hours after our inspection. We had three people plus our realtor there for the appointment, one of which was a non native English speaker. Tom was patient with answering all of our questions and did not proceed to the next step until we understood (and had translated in some instances) the issue we were talking about. I would highly recommend Clearview to anyone needing a house inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Great inspection! We hired Tom based in his good reviews on Homestars. We can now see why he is rated #1 in Toronto. He was extremely thorough and uncover several issues that even the existing homeowners were not aware of. He was easy to follow and understand and gave us confidence in moving forward. We would highly recommend his services.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Well done! Tom was very methodical in his approach to the inspection. He checked with us throughout the inspection to make sure the speed and content he was providing was clear and understood. He also provided us with some education about how some of the homes systems function, a real plus since this will be our first home. All in all a great inspection and I would definitely recommend his services. Thanks again Tom!

    Home Inspection and Infrared Camera Scan

    Thanks Tom for your thorough assessment! I found an older home in a very nice area and was impressed with how Tom conducted the home inspection. He explained the issues clearly and provide a comprehensive report. He also uncovered some structural issues that would have been very expensive to repair, and I'm glad to have found this out before moving forward with this home. Although I decided not to by this home, I would definitely recommend Tom's services. Great job Tom, thanks again.

    Home Inspection

    We are quite pleased with the home inspection performed by Tom; he did a fabulous job!! Tom arrived on site ahead of time to prep for the inspection and explained the process to us in detail. It was snowing on the day of the inspection, but that didn’t stop Tom conducting a great inspection – indoor and outdoor. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient with explaining all things in detail. The home inspection was very thoroughly done and I am pleased with the level of detail Tom went to do the job. We also got the infrared scan done which was helpful to see certain things that normally you wouldn’t notice. The report was very professional and detailed and easy to follow through. I would definitely recommend his services. Thank you, Tom!!

    Home Inspection and Infrared Camera Scan

    Tom did a great job with our home inspection last week. I let my wife went to the house first and I went there 1.5 hours later. So Tom almost explained every thing twice, one time for my wife, one time for me. He climbed to the roof from not only inside but also outside, and he went through all the defects with me in plain English since I'm new comer to Canada, even my broker said he has never seen such serious and professional home inspector before. I've learned so much about my house through the "inspection tour" with him, and at the night of inspection I received a great report with pictures and remarks which is very easy to follow. I will definitely recommend Tom to my friends!

    Tarion Home Inspection

    Great inspection! Tom conducted a Tarion inspection for us and conducted himself very professionally throughout. He is extremely knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the home. He produced a high quality report with many helpful diagrams. I would definitely recommend Tom from ClearView.
