    PDI Condo Inspection

    We hired Tom again as he did a great job with my brothers home and was very detailed. This was part of the PDI process for our condo unit in Toronto. As expected Tom found things that our builder representative didn't. Tom was curtious, professional and did exactly what we expected. Thanks again Tom for doing a great job and saving us time by identifying the issues before we move in next month! Karen & Dave

    Home Inspection

    Tom did a wonderful job. We had some concerns about the property and in the end everything was well documented in a PDF document quickly after the inspection which easily allowed us to look over all of his notes. It included plenty of pictures with all deficiencies found and recommendations for repairs and timelines for how critical they were, as well as general guidelines for what codes require. As the inspection was going along he was friendly with our toddler who can be intense at times. Tom walked us around the house as the inspection was ongoing and fielded all of the questions we had and continues to be helpful via email after the fact. Overall very good job done. A+ Thank you.

    leek inspection

    Tom was extremely helpful and informative when we had a leek in the attic, he responded to our call very quickly, inspected and advised accordingly and solved the issue right away and we are very pleased and highly recommend Tom for your home inspection.

    Home Inspection and Infrared scan

    Good job! We contacted Tom have reading the great reviews on HomeStars and engaged him to perform a home inspection on a semi-detached home we are considering. I found Tom to be extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional who provided me insight into all major and minor deficiencies with this property. Tom not only took the time to conduct the home inspection, but also explained the issues that he found with the home and clearly told us how issues could be resolved. The infrared camera was very cool too. I would highly recommend Tom's services to anyone looking for a thorough home inspection.

    Condo Inspection

    To say that I was impressed with ClearView is a huge understatement. Thomas walked me through everything start to finish, he left no detail unturned. He explained the process at the beginning, took pictures, explained what he was looking for and why, made suggestions along the way. I asked for the infra-red home scan and it was well worth the little bit extra. I was able to see if there was any leakage in my windows, if there were any problems with the walls and ceiling. The final report was clear, concise and very helpful with links on the pages to provide suggestions for improvements. I will definitely use ClearView again for any further home inspections. Thank you Thomas!

    Condo Inspection

    Wow! Tom did a great job with my condo inspection. I feel like I've learned a whole lot more about the condo have spending time with him during the inspection. He was professional and thorough and produced a great report with pictures that was easy to follow. Great job Tom, thank you

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Clearview home inspections was fantastic!! After reading their great reviews we knew we wanted them to inspect our potential new home. I thought i knew a lot about homes because I like to learn and watch many of the popular home improvement shows on TV. After watching Tom go through this house meticulously, I realize how little I actually know. Oh well, the learning continues. Our inspector Tom was very knowledgeable and encouraged questions if I didn't understand something. The thermal camera was very cool and picked up some hidden moisture spots in the walls which he easily explained to us. Overall, great inspection and would definitely recommend

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    I was very impressed by how professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented Tom conducted himself during the inspection. Not only was he easy to understand and follow but even the way he responded to my questions. It was clear to me that he is very experienced and cared about my interests. The inspection report was very detailed but easy to understand, I received the report the very same day the inspection was done, pretty much 3-4 hours right after the inspection. Although I did not proceed with buying this house, I would definitely recommend Tom's services to anyone needing a high quality home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Amazing job Tom! I contacted Clearview based on reviews on this site and luckily Tom made himself available for a very last minute inspection request. Tom was very professional, polite, showed up on time and spent nearly 4 hours doing a thorough inspection. He was also great at explaining / teaching us about the issues we saw (or didn't see), given we are first time home buyers. I was very impressed with the report (not to mention how quickly it was delivered) -- it was over 50 pages of easy-to-read info and contained tons of helpful photos. Additionally, I contacted Tom next day to help provide info requested by my home insurance and Tom responded very quickly with the info needed. Overall, good experience and we learned a lot!
