    Home Inspection

    I needed to have a professional home inspection. I contacted Tom and he walked me through the whole home from top to bottom. I had a great experience with his service and I really appreciate Tom's honesty and sincerity. I would definitely recommend him.

    Home Inspection

    I hired Tom this past summer to conduct a home inspection for me. It was well worth it because I was able to find out the real condition of the home. The report Tom created was very good and I used it help me prioritize that tasks that need to be done and when. It was a good inspection and I'd recommend Tom's services.

    Home Inspection

    Tom provided a quality inspection for my townhome. He was easy to speak with and understand. He went through the home diligently and identified all the issues I needed to be aware of and provided a very well complied report that made me understood the potential issues /items that required replacement/reworking. I believe engaging Tom for Home inspection was the correct decision Great job Tom.

    Condominium Inspection

    Indoor Air Quality Inspection

    Home Inspection

    I was looking to have a home inspection so I did some research and called ClearView. Tom was very professional on the phone and equally professional as he went the our home. He is very knowledgeable and took his time explaining things to my wife and I. By the end of the inspection we knew the true condition of the house and the items that required attention.     Home Inspection

    My family and I were looking to buy an older home in a wonderful neighborhood. We knew that getting a profession inspection was a good idea and I'm so happy we call Tom from ClearView to perform the inspection. He was very thorough and walked my family through all the issues in a way that we could understand. It was a real surprise to see and understand the true condition of the home. We are very grateful for Tom's work and honesty and would definitely recommend his services.

    IR Scan and Home Inspection

    I was looking for a professional to inspect my home to identify deficiencies that I may not have been aware of. I contacted ClearView, and Tom went through my home meticulously and found several important issues that I needed to add to my Tarion 1 year warranty form.     Home Inspection

    We bought a new home in Brampton and needed help completing our 30 day Tarion warranty form. We contacted Tom to perform a thorough review of our home. He was very patient and professional with us and identified a number of items we were not aware of, all of which went into the Tarion form. We highly recommend Tom.
