    New Home Inspection

    My wife and I are considering buying a fairly new home and wanted to have it inspected for any defects from construction. I found the inspection provided by ClearView to be quite informative and even though it is a newly built house it give my wife and I some peace of mind that there are no major underlying structural issues.

    Home Inspection and IR Scan

    We have several issues with our home, particularly with roof leaks and heating system. We decided to have Clearview to review our home and outline that items that require out attention. We want to use the inspection report as a guide to plan future work and renovation. Tom was very professional and identified a number of things that we didn't realize about our home. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and didn't mind getting a little wet (it was raining when he inspected our home). Thanks so much Tom we really appreciated your expertise and recommendations.

    Home Inspection and Indoor Air Testing

    I am considering purchasing a home that has been recently renovated and I wanted to ensure I knew what I was buying and in what condition it was truly in. I contacted Clearview to conduct a home inspection, plus infrared scan, and air testing for mold. The report I recieved was very impessive, with well layed out pictures and easy to understand problem areas identified with marked out circles and arrows. It included clear and concice information as well as recomendadions and information links. Tom was very knowledgeable and conducted himself professionally my wife and I were thoroughly impressed. We felt it was money well spent as Tom used state of the art sophisticated equipment to do his investigation and explaining everything in detail as he per formed what I viewed as magic. I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends. Thanks for a good job Tom! Max and Judy

    Home Inspection

    Inspection professionally completed on time and clearly explained. The home inspector was pleasant, polite and very patient. With the price we paid for the home inspection, we are getting valuable tips on house maintainance as well.

    Home Inspection

    As a first time home buyer, I was a little nervous about having my own home, so I decided to hire a professional home inspector to review the property. I'm really happy I did because the home has so many issues that I didn't know about, included a complete basement gut and reno that would have cost me and additional $20,000 or more that I was not prepared for. Tom did a great job and I have no hesitation recommending him. Thanks Tom!

    Home Inspection

    I was in the midst of doing home renovations in my home when I got the sense that there may be some fundamental issues that I have not addresses. I decided to have a professional inspection review the home. Tom confirmed my suspicions and found a whole list of items I hadn't know.     Home Inspection

    Clearview did a very thorough job and explained the house defects in a very comprehensive manner but also easy to understand. Tom, I would like to buy your Infrared camera! It's amazing what it can do and tell you about. The home inspection report is also very detailed and offers good information for home buyers that want to know more about the house structure and not just owning a home. I would definitely recommend.

    Tarion 30 Day Home Inspection

    We bought a new home in Brampton and needed to complete our Tarion 30 day warranty inspection. Tom walked us through the home systematically and uncovered a number of items that I was not aware of. He was professional, knowledgeable and produced a quality report that we appended to our Tarion form. I would highly recommend Clearview.

    Indoor Air Quality Inspection

    I was having some health issues and my doctor suggested getting an indoor air quality inspection to see if there were any environmental factors at home contributing to my symptoms. After contacted the CMHC they recommended calling ClearView. I had Tom come to my home and sure enough he found several items that I wasn't aware of that effected me. I followed Tom's recommendation and noticed an immediate improvement. Thank you Tom I really appreciated your advice. I highly recommend ClearView.
