    Home inspection

    Tom was great and I would recommend his company to anyone . I was looking for a company that will do our home inspection throughout, since we have some health issues. Thank you

    Great home inspection service

    Home inspection

    This is the third time using ClearView (for three different properties). Tom is the best. He was kind enough to accommodate my schedule and made himself available on short notice. He is extremely thorough and did a great job walking us through every aspect of the inspection. After completing the inspection on my current home, he did uncover some issues that needed to be repaired. His list was clear and complete with photos. It made it very easy for me to go back to the vendor to ask them to make the repairs prior to closing. I had Tom come back to do a follow up inspection to ensure the fixes had been made and again, he accommodated my schedule. For most, a home will be the biggest investment of their life and it’s worth it to have it inspected. I would highly recommend Clearview. Working with Tom was a pleasure!

    Home inspection

    Inspection was done very professionally and thoroughly with detail report at the end. I was happy with timely response to book and get the report at the end. Everything was very clear. Tom was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an inspector.

    Home & pool inspection

    Tom came by to complete a home and pool inspection. He was very professional the entire time and was very descriptive throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and I would definitely recommend Clearview to anyone.

    Excellent Home inspection service

    Tom was excellent. Took the time to do a thorough examination and help us with every minor detail.

    Home inspection

    Very thorough and professional. Took over 2 hours but they looked in every nook and cranny of the house which is exactly what you want in a home inspection. Very kind and very informative. Took the time to explain what the issues were, what was most important to fix now and what needed to be fixed at a later time. 5/5

    Home Inspection

    Tom from Clearview Home & Property Inspections was recommended by my friend. From the start, Tom was professional and easy to talk with. Tom showed up on time, explained the process in detail, and answered all my questions. After the inspection, Tom provided a detailed report, the same day.     Awesome home inspection and testing services

    Tom is amazing. I’d highly recommend him to anyone needing home inspection and testing services. I’ve booked with him twice now and will continue to trust his expertise when needed. He’s super responsive and very thorough. He also is fantastic at explaining his findings so that you can make an informed decision. Buying a home is a huge decision and I’m glad I had Tom’s help along the way.
