House and Pool Inspection
MONEY WELL SPENT - We found Tom by reviewing a house inspection report he completed on a home that was for sale. We were impressed with his detailed report. Tom was very professional during our phone conversation and explained prices and options to us. We needed someone who also had experience in Pool Inspections.
The inspection was thorough and after he completed one area he gave us a run down of any concerns to be aware of. We were able to ask questions and he provided great advice. This was key for me, as with previous inspectors refuse to talk during inspection or get offended. Tom was was very patient with all our questions. But we were also sure not too bombard him with questions and let him do his job. We asked at the appropriate time. After inspection, he was able to find mold in the attic and some other discrepancies.
Pool Inspection
He provided us with a thorough pool inspection testing the water ph, inspecting equipment heater, pump, age or the liner , visible wear and tear. He opened up the heater and checked inside. Let us know of safety concerns with diving board , heater etc.
In conclusion we were very pleased! His inspection helped us to recover costs from our sale for mold removal. He provided a detailed report with pictures. I would highly recommend Tom , especially if you are a first time home owner and not sure of what to look for. Thanks Tom!
