Home inspection
Thomas is very professional, friendly service, provide you with explanations of what they are doing and recommendations, would definitely recommend and use again. This company has great up to date equipment. I was very happy that I chose them!

House Inspection for two houses
It was excellent work done by Mr. Thomas, the inspector. It was a visual inspection of almost all the main components of the houses such as furnace, water heater, electric switch board & wiring, flooring, roofing, sump pump, plumbing, etc.

Home Inspection
Tom our inspector was very friendly and professional. It was evident that he was genuine with his advice and information given throughout the inspection. He made sure to involve us in all areas of the home inspection, and explained everything in terms that we were able to understand. We would highly recommend Clearview to others!

Home inspection
Tom was professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through our newly purchased home, explained how everything works and noted anything that might be an issue. The price was great, and we enjoyed the time we spent with Tom learning about our new home.

Home inspection
I hired Tom at Clearview to perform an inspection of my new home. He was fantastic to work with! He has a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor. He was very thorough, clearly knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every one of my questions. I would easily recommend him to anyone looking for a great home inspector!

The inspection done by clearview was really useful. I recommend it to everyone. Cost wise, they are reasonable as well.

Full Condo Renovation
Tom was great!! He inspected the entire suite from top to bottom. He pointed out everything that was wrong and it helped me get the contractor to fix every mistake that Tom found. Tom also came back once the repairs were done to make sure that everything was fixed properly. I would recommend Tom to everyone.

Home Inspection
Our Inspector Tom was amazing! Very patient in answering all the questions. Speaks clearly and making technical knowledge easy to understand. Takes his time in doing inspection and explains each step so that you understand every single detail of his findings. Definitely will recommend to a family or friend. Amazing job!

It was a complete inspection process using thermal camera
The work that is done by Tom Rondo is simply awsome. He is very picky and nothing could hide from his sharp eyes. He first checked to house for almost 1 hour and then gave me a tour of all the problems and even possible future problems.
