Home Inspection
Tom was referred to us by a friend and from my first call with him he was enthusiastic and supportive. He was totally clear about the format for an inspection, the costs and what outcomes to expect. The day of inspection he was early and waiting for us (much appreciated considering we are busy people and hate waiting, especially in the wintry cold). He was thorough in his inspection and walked us though each of his findings. He acted as a good consultant too, answering my questions about best practices as a homeowner (this is our first real estate purchase). He followed up within 24 hours with a detailed, customized report and also sent us a homeowner's manual at my request. I would recommend Tom to anybody, and I owe the guy who recommended him to me a bottle of wine for the great referral.

Home inspection done in timely and efficient manner, same day report and was very well explained.

Inspection
Our inspector was Tom Rando. Tom was very friendly, professional and thorough. Prior to the inspection he carefully explained what to expect and was very detailed when reviewing the findings with us. Tom's report was clear and easy to follow. As first time home buyers, we felt we were in good hands and that Tom truly cares about his work and clients. We highly recommend his services.

Home Inspection by Tom Rando
On a very tight close Tom and the Clearview team provided exceptional service. His inspection was very thorough and gave me great insight about our future home. This inspection will pay for itself very quickly. Tom was beyond professional and treated us like VIP customers. We HIGHLY recommend Tom and the team.

Home inspection for a new home
Tom Rando was very thorough when he did our home inspection. He patiently explained all of his findings throughout the house and answered any questions I might have had. We have had other home inspectors in the past, but Tom was by far the best.

Home inspection
I was very happy with the service. Tom is inspector who really knows what he is doing. He answered all my questions. Showed to me all details needed to be fixed.

Home Inspection worth every dime paid...
I highly recommend using this company for home inspection. As a homeowner of a new built property, the thorough inspection completed by Tom Rando helped me to identify key issues the builder needed to fix as per TARION that we’re missed during the initial PRe delivery inspection. Tom’s thorough knowledge and systematic process used by the company to report findings was professional and timely. I received a report of results within 24 hours and had every question I could think off answered by Tom during the inspection process. A+++

Home inspection
Tom did a great housing inspection. I’d recommend him to anyone. He was informative and let us ask as many questions as we had.
