I can barley put into words the professionalism and passion that Tom and clearview home inspection brought into our transation. Tom's attention to our needs, his ability to cater the delivery of the report, and personability to ensure we had a firm understanding of the issues surrounding our new home were paramount. He made us feel safe in the knowledge that we gained in moving into our new home.
Tom was extremly punctual, showed up a couple minutes early to our inspection. Booking with Tom was handled through his site, and received confirmation via phone. Tom thoroughly went over the packages that he offered prior to us choosing which inspection we would go with. Tom was not pushy at all, and gave us the best information for choosing which package to go with.
Tom took his time going over the home in stages, and after each stage took his time explaining his findings, literally corner to corner of the home. Not only did Tom explain things very clearly, he answered our questions, and even went as far as offering rough costs on what he would think certain repairs would cost (super valuable under a conditional sale). Not only was he supportive during inspection, he offered his time in the future for follow up should we have any questions years down the line. You dont get that elsewhere. I definitely know that Tom is in our corner.
I could go on about great he was, but I can confidently say that he will have our business for any future home inspection we use. He came highly recommended by my realtor, and now I see why.
