    House Inspection

    Even though it is an inspection for a small house, our insoector Thomas took record of every details and shared all his knowledge to help with our home improvements. I even referred him to my agent and my agent also referred Thomas to his other clients.

    Best inspector in the town

    He is very professional and did his work very efficiently. Worth every penny spent. He advised us about energy audit which helps with 4500$ benefit from government. We were well assured once we met him that we are in safe hands. He gave us entire view of our new house which we were buying and helped us understand technical things in very simple manner. Thanks Tom, we are your life long customers. God bless you.

    Home inspection

    Condo inspection - downtown Toronto - Artworks

    Tom was prompt in his communications, did a thorough job reviewing all aspects of my condo, and very quickly generated a comprehensive report outlining current and potential future concerns/things to watch for. He was very pleasant to deal with and I will definitely be using Clearview again in the future!

    Efficient service, comprehensive report

    Home inspection

    I was not able to put in my house purchase contract home inspection before finalize sale. I called Tom to give us peace of mind by looking through the house from top to bottom. Given we used a buyer visit to do the inspection he worked with us to ensure that he had the time to explain everything to us. He showed us on the spot areas that we should look out for and point out to our renovators to fix. His report after we part ways was very thorough. He took pictures of areas we should fix but not vital to bring the place to code and he spotted things we generally wouldnt even look for and clearly point it out to us. In the end he also gave us an open door to call him whenever we have concerns or something we dont understand. What else can you ask for? Highly recommended

    Buyer's home inspection

    Tom was able to complete a home inspection for us on short notice. Despite it being a large and older home, he was efficient and thorough. He explained things very clearly and thoroughly and he answered our many questions honestly and fairly. He noticed things that a previously conducted home inspection had missed as well. Great guy, great service and I will definitely be calling him the next time I need an inspection!

    Home Inspection

    Tom arrived promptly at my listing in Ajax even though it was on short notice. He tackled the work right away and explained the result of his investigation to my Sellers in a very professional manner, answering all questions adequately and thoroughly. Tom has a very good knowledge of his profession. I often recommend Tom to my clients for I know I can trust his work and analysis of any inspection.

    Home inspection - water intrusion into basement

    A couple of months ago we found water and mold in our finished basement, and we hired Clearview Home & Property Inspections to figure out whats going on. Tom was thorough and professional. After finishing an extensive inspection, he explained what the problems are in detail, walked us through the results of his testing, and had recommendations of what needs to be done. It gave us a lot of comfort that hes a neutral party, not a contractor who might be trying to upsell. He also did a mold test to make sure there wasnt anything toxic growing in our basement. He spent a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions he is knowledgeable and very helpful. Promptly after the inspection we received a full written report, and the mould results came back from the lab quicker than expected. We will definitely call Tom again if we ever need a home inspection we highly recommend him and Clearview Home & Property Inspections.

    Home inspection

    Tom is Very professional and expert home inspector. He helped us during Pre delivery inspection and full home inspection after the closing. He look in to every minor details and put on report with pictures. This helps a big to fill up Tarion Warranty claim. Highly recommended for all types of home inspection.
