Home Inspection
As a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions and wanted to hire the best home inspector in Toronto I could find. I did my research and found Clearview. From the very first call to them to them I know I have found the best. They were very thorough and professional. I learned soo much from them during the process. Suffice it to say I was more than happy with their service and would not hesitate to recommend them

Home inspection
I found Clearview home and property inspection on Google and I think I have made the right choice. Tom was very informative and professional, he was very thorough and detailed information I would nita.bowerman@gmail.com hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who Ned's their services.

Home inspection

Home inspection
Tom is very detail oriented person who explain things very slowly and clearly for all the message to sink in to my head. I would definitely call him again upon closing of the house this coming December for Radin testing.

Home Inspection
Tom was very thorough. He took the time to review everything in detail, and answered all my questions thoughtfully and clearly. Tom provided recommendations about ongoing maintenance, and the need to take preemptive steps to avoid water damage, heat loss etc. His suggestions were practical and reasonable. I was very pleased with the service, and would recommend Clearview Home and Property Inspectors to anyone looking for the service.

Home inspection
As first time home buyers we could not be happier to have Thomas as our inspector. He pointed out everything we should note about the house and was completely open to questions and providing further explanations. It is daunting to have the new responsibility of a home to maintain but having his guidance gave us a great starting point.

Service
The inspector came to our home to test for mold and air quality. Upon inspection he did a thorough job. Once our lab test results were sent to us he explained everything in detail via email. I did however have questions for him and he took the time to further explain them.

We purchased a home that had been inspected by another company. The report we obtained was very superficial and we were afraid it might not be accurate neither. As new owners, we were dreading the fact that there might be unknown issues we might have to deal with it. We had a very thorough inspection and litterally everything discovered (which was a lot more than the competitor review done for the seller) got explained. We received very insightful suggestions and got the peace of mind we were after. This inspection was very beneficial to us and we really appreciated the knowledge and professionalism. We asked several questions and received all the answers we needed and more! Truly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and keen staff with an eye for details. This review is overdue but we will recommend this company for years to come.

Home inspection
Tom is a very knowledgeable home inspector and very easy to work with. He has planned his inspection in 3 phases and I really liked his approach as this allows him to do a very thorough inspection of the house. He took his time during the appointment to walk us around the house to show us his findings. His report is also very detailed with prioritization of things to improve. Tom has exceeded my expectation of how much I can learn from just a home inspection. Would definitely recommend Tom to anyone looking for an experienced home inspector.

Home Inspection
We recently had Tom from ClearView Home & Property Inspection come inspect our new build home. He was a referral from a few friends and already had great things to say about him. I didn't know what to expect to be honest but here's my feedback about the service. Tom showed up on time. This is a breath of fresh air considering how many vendor's we have dealt with lately and have showed up hours late or didn't show up at all. This already shows how professional he is. He did a thorough inspection of the outside and all floors of the house including the attic. With his neat gadgets he was able to get to the roof and confirm quality of insulation beyond the wall. There are multiple items I would not have considered or thought of that Tom was able to point us required the builder to fix. Tom was super friendly, patient and accommodating to any question. I did not get the sense of him rushing to leave to meet a next appointment. Tom also left on a great note allowing me to email him for any questions in the future. We received the report the SAME day in a very professionally done document with pictures and arrows pointing out the issues. Overall, for any new build home where the to do is too large, I strongly recommend hiring Tom to assist with this burden. His advice wasn't limited to structural or insulation feedback, Tom also spent some time tutoring me on regular home maintenance, recommended suggestions. It was a pleasure meeting him.
