Home inspection
Tom did a great job inspecting our new house. He was very thorough and friendly to my family and I. He took the time to explain each detail carefully and answered all our questions while providing recommendations. Thanks Tom!

Home Inspection
Tom and his helpful assistant, Aidan, were punctual and well-prepared. Shortly after arriving, they wasted no time in getting started. The inspection was thorough and a very pleasant experience overall. Both Tom and Aidan were cordial and gracious. Tom answered all of our questions satisfactorily and provided helpful pointers on dealing with the trades concerning potential repairs. The inspection report was sent via email promptly as promised. It hasn't yet been read but so far, the service received has been exemplary.

Home Inspection
Tom provided real, timely and actionable feedback on my home inspection. I am very appreciative of the diligence in going through the various details and not just highlighting immediate concerns but looking in future for items I should monitor to upkeep and maintain my home.

home inspection of basement
Thank you so much Tom, My husband and I were very happy with your inspection and feedback of our wet basement. you were able to answer all our questions and were able to give us a few different solution. We would recommend tom from clearview without hesitation....

Full house inspection + infrared
We had a next day inspection booked at 9pm go absolutely smoothly. Tom was amazing and made sure to outline everything he found and was very generous with his time. We got our 51 page report within 3 hours of the inspection being over and he made himself available should any detail become relevant in our negotiation process. Thankfully I didn't need to look at any other houses but I'd have used him again in a heartbeat. We found Clearview based on other people's reviews and I am happy to be yet one more person who can say Clearview did a fantastic job.

Pre Purchase Home Inspection
Exceptional customer service. We dealt with Tom who was very detail oriented, professional, knowledgeable and articulate. He is always willing to answer questions even after the inspection service. We opted for the extended service. This company takes Home Inspection seriously.

Home inspection
Thomas is very professional and patience in addressing to home buyers on any concern he found during the home inspections. He offers excellent customer service and always has friendly attitude. Thomas is always the home inspector I recommend to all my clients.

Home Inspection
From the very start Tom was always helpful. He walked my wife and I through all the steps during the inspection process. He was very through and knowledgeable. As a first time home owner we were very new to it all but his helpfulness and insight made it easy for us. Even after the inspection Tom was helpful to answer to all my followup questions and also sent me some info that was really helpful to me as a first time home buyer. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home inspection specialist Thanks again Tom you were great.

Home inspection
Tom from Clearview completed our Home Inspection with the utmost professionalism. His customer service skills went above and beyond our expectations. He was extremely knowledgable and competent. I would highly recommend Clearview to all our friends, family and anyone reading this. I found Clearview on Homestars and after reading several positive feedback comments, I called them up and booked the appointment. He arrived even before us and was very thorough. He treats the Home Inspection as if it was being done on his own home and I felt very confident following through with the purchase of our new home after the inspection.We really can't thank him enough! Home inspection
The home inspector was thorough and knowledgeable. I found the service and the manner in which it was delivered and the final outcome very helpful. The service was really helpful and eye opening for me as a first time home owner.
