I discovered through blood and urine testing that I may have mold illness. My only source could be my apartment. I started browsing mold inspection companies in Toronto and theres actually not that many to choose from. Everyone I consulted with was either rude, abrupt, made me feel rushed or didnt feel knowledgeable. Until my phone call with Tom! Tom is very friendly, kind, patient and helpful. We went over all my questions, concerns and details of my situation. He provides many tests, some of which other companies dont even offer. He walked me through everything in advance and the day of. The day of was an even better experience because he was even kinder in person, taking into account the state of my health, COVID precautions and any other applicable factors. I truly felt he wanted to ensure the process was catered to me and everything would go smoothly. Follow up with the results was also a great experience because besides going over everything, Tom assured me I can reach out to him in the future whenever Id like should I have any questions or comments. He said hell do his best to help in any way. My mom was present for the experience as well and shares the same opinion as me. We both highly highly suggest Tom and his business for anyone seeking these services. To reiterate and truly highlight it again, this was a really kind, friendly, helpful, patient and respectful experience, which is quite rare nowadays for any type of service/interaction. So glad I listened to the similar reviews and chose Clearview! Thank you again Tom :) Even though this should be the standard for every business, unfortunately its not, so we appreciate you being the exception!
