    30 Day Tarion Inspection

    Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended for any home inspection needs. Report is very useful for Tarion and educational purposes. Will definitely use Tom's services again in the future.

    Home inspection

    We are very nervous first time home buyers and didn't want to take a chance with this purchase. We decided to go with the best rated company and with Clearview. Bob was fantastic. Incredible patient with us and very knowledgeable. We learned so much and really want to thank Bob for your help. We feel confident that we found a great home. Thank you Clearview.

    Home inspection

    I had a fantastic experience with Tom and his home inspection service. He came highly recommended to me and it is obvious why. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything that he was looking and providing his expert opinion. The report he prepared was very detailed, came to me very quickly and has proven to be invaluable as I refer to the report and am prepared when hiring contractors to do the work that our home needs. I would highly recommend. Amazing service.

    Home Inspection and Air Sample Test

    I highly recommend this company. We were not sure about the quality of our home as well as the air quality, especially in the basement. Tom Rando did such a thorough job, inspecting every inch of our home. He was incredibly patient in answering our questions and provided us with a report that was as detailed and professional as his inspection. He was also great at giving advice about things to do to extend the longevity of our home. The air sample test and infrared imaging were amazing tools for allowing you to see the things in your home that you can not see with the naked eye. It was so informative and worth every penny!

    Home Inspection

    Very well done home inspection. As first time buyers we were nervous and Bob from Clearview made us feel right at ease. The walkthrough was very systematic and thorough. The way Bob described issues were easy to understand, which made us feel much better. We know now that we have a good home to live in. Great job Bob, keep up the great work.

    Home Inspection

    Tom put us at ease that we were making a good decision with the home we were purchasing. Tom was very friendly and thorough in his work. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and provided us information we could use to ensure our home is safe and energy efficient. I really liked the home inspection report we received the following day after the inspection. Tom documented in writing all the things he explained while on site and the report included pictures. As first time home buyers, Tom provided us a great deal of information that will be extremely useless in the future. Thanks Tom!!!!

    Home inspection with infrared camera

    Tom was extremely friendly, patient and VERY THOROUGH. I was very impressed with the services he provided and appreciated him taking lots of time to explain every detail of the home I was about to buy. His attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism was much appreciated and I would definitely recommend him to anyone! This was definitely worth every penny and gave myself and my husband peace of mind when we made our decision to buy this home. Thank you Tom!

    Home Inspection

    Tom Rando did an excellent job inspecting our new home. We will definitely recommend him to our family and friends. He called before his appointment time to explain that he was running a few minutes late. He was very thourough and professional.

    Home Inspection

    Hired Clearview off of their reviews online and they lived up to every review that was listed. They were very thorough and explained every part of their inspection as they went through the house. They asked that I attend the inspection to insure that any questions that I had were answered as he went through. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone that asks.

    home inspection

    Had Tom do a home inspection recently and very impressed. Took his time to answer all of our questions, received a detailed report afterwards. Would definetely recommend Tom to friends for a home inspection.
