    Home inspection

    This is my forth home purchase so I know a little about the this process. I've now been through 4 inspections and all I can say is WOW. Tom from clearview is by far the best inspector I've seen to date. He was incredible detailed yet easy to understand. I used the inspection report to reduce my purchase price so this was well worth it. Thanks Tom, I will be calling again for my investment property in a few weeks.

    Thorough Inspection!

    Tom is a STAR!. He is passionate about his work and it shows. Despite our inspection being on a 2 yr old house, he still took the time and care to inspect and document everything he could see/gain access to. The 40+ page report he prepared was a testament to that! There were no major issues, just minor maintenance reminders and watch outs to avoid problems in the future. A recommendation is without question!

    Home Inspection

    Best inspection I've seen. I contacted Tom from Clearview for my 1 year Tarion inspection. Tom was very patient and thorough. He took the time to answer all our questions and explained what the builder had to do and what there were not obligated to do. The inspection report was very detailed and had lots of very useful information for us to use . What can I say.... Best Inspection Ever.

    Home Inspection

    DETAILS & EDUCATION!!! Tom was excellent. Very detailed oriented and a great educator. It was Tom's inspection that offered my wife and I a level of comfort and piece of mind on the purchase of our new home. We purchased the extended plus package for a 1950's home. Tom was very patient, knowledgeable and very familiar with the area and had stories of the neighborhood why and how homes were built back then. Would not hesitate using Clearview Home again and highly recommended. Experienced or new home owner(s). Thank you Tom!

    Home Inspection prior to purhase

    I found Tom through Homestars but he was also on the list of home inspectors that my real estate agent gave to me, and she only gave me names of people she's worked with and trusts. Tom did a wonderful job, from the first moment I called to arrange the service, through the inspection and report, to giving me additional information and talking with me after the report was delivered. He is patient and knowledgeable, and does not condescend or talk down to you if you don't know what he's talking about, whether it's part of the process (which was all new to me) or parts of the home (which are not). The inspection service itself was VERY thorough. There were known issues with the property, which I made sure Tom was aware of so that he could pay special attention to them (should we buy or not buy) and of course, he also noted and commented on the level of severity of everything he found, including all the things I didn't yet know about. I was particularly pleased that after each floor was inspected, he took me through it and talked about everything, good, bad, ok, whatever. I felt totally confident that I understood what we were getting into, what we would have to do to remedy the situation, and that I could explain the inspection and the report in detail to anyone else who would ask. You want Tom doing your home inspection-- you will feel 100% comfortable with the knowledge he gives you and how to act on it.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was very easy to work with. Throughout the inspection he encouraged us to ask many question as possible, even though his explanation were very clear to begin with. I will highly recommend people to use his service and will definitely use his service again in the future.

    House Inspection

    I am satisfied with this company. My inspector Thomas Rando is a very experienced and knowledgeable inspector who was able to provide me a detail explanation throughout the inspection and a detailed report in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends.

    townhouse inspection

    Thomas has performed an excellent inspection of my townhouse, he is professional and trustable. It was great to receive a details of report and recommendation after the inspection. I will highly recommend to my friend of Thomas's services.

    Home inspection

    Very thorough job, gave us exactly what we needed to know in order to go ahead with the purchase of our new home. Feel very comfortable that we will have no surprises or unseen issues after spending close to two hours going over every inch of our property. Our realtor said it was the longest and most thorough inspection he'd every been on. Tom clearly takes pride in his work. Would definitely recommend!
