We had a pre purchase home inspection done with Tom from Clearview. And Tom was very professional and he patiently explained all his findings and answered all our questions. And the inspection was done with great care and the infrared equipment used in the inspection even showed water leak in the newly renovated bathroom. After the completion of the inspection, we felt that we had enough information to make sound judgement on the purchase of the home. We would be very happy to recommend the service of Clearview to all our friends and family.

I requested a home inspection for our new house and Tom did an excellent job in going through all the pieces we should be aware of and provided a comprehensive report that can be used as a guideline for future upgrade projects. Service was very professional, courteous, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a home inspection!

Great Experience! Tom got back to me promptly when I first contacted him. He allowed me as much time as I needed before to ask questions on what he would do and how he would do it. He arrived on time at the site. He explained in detail what he was going to do on the inspection (he does at least 3 passes through the property). and when it was time called us to join him to go through each item and explain not only what the issue was, but what needed to be done. He not only took regular pictures of everything, but also had an infrared camera that could detect many things including moisture and temperature differences. It had pictures of all the problem areas with arrows pointing to problem areas with explanations on what was wrong and what needed to happen to correct. Based on the strength of this report, we were able to go back to owners and have the price reduced by several thousand dollars. Very impressed by this service.

Extremely attentive to details. We found things I'm sure would have been missed by other inspectors. The process was very easy to follow and very informative. The inspection report was equally detailed and very helpful from a maintenance perspective as well. I would give Clearvew an even higher score if it was possible.

Very detailed inspection by clearview. Our inspector Tom really knows how to explain every aspect of the homes condition. He kept the discussion in a non technical language which made it easy for me and my parents to understand. Needless to say we are very impressed and would highly recommend Tom to everyone.
