Absolutely great inspection and amazing attention to detail. We spent over 3 hours on this home and covered soo much. We found a foundation crack that was very large and needed a lot of money to fix. We didn't buy this house but will be using clearview again. They saved us from a major expense.

Tom was referred to us by a friend. When we called him to ask a few questions, he was very helpful answering a lot of our questions even before we engaged his services. The day of the inspection, Tom arrived early and did an inspection around the property. His inspection was very thorough, he took the time to explain what he was doing and what we should note. His report was delivered that evening and equally as thorough. We would recommend his services to others.

Tom is very professional, not only let us know more detais about house, but also save us money through re negotiating the deal. We are really satisfied his job. Definitely will recommend him to our freinds.

I hired Tom to inspect a house bought in Oakville. He arrived on time and spent about 2.5 hours to thoroughly checked the house. I asked tons of questions and learned lot when he showed me every checkpoint. He is nice and professional. I received a over 40 pages report in the night which documented everything I saw in the inspection. Thanks Tom!

Tom was very professional, patient, spent time answering questions and in follow up emails was happy to answer questions about the report. The report was sent that same day and provided useful maintenance information as well. Definitely recommend to others.

Tom showed up 10 minutes before the inspection and went through all the inspection procedures. Next minutes, he was up on the roof later he crawled through the attic. He spent 2.5 hr for the inspection. Tom exceeded my expectation.

I called Clearview for a home inspection because we are considering doing some home renovations and wanted to know what repairs needed to be done in the home. We were very impressed! I called and spoke with Tom and he answered all of my questions and put me at ease even before I booked the inspection. I felt he was very honest. He didn't try to scare us or upsell us. Actually, I felt the contrary - he told me what he recommended and what we could do without. Tom was very accommodating and willing to work around our schedule. When he came out he was incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was going to be doing and went over every inch of our home. He knew the areas of the home that were of particular concern and made sure he spent extra time inspecting them. I would highly recommend Clearview, and particularly Tom, to do your home inspection. He did a great job!

Super company and great inspectors. This is definitely one of the most thorough inspections I have every seen. Our inspector was very detailed and answered all our questions ...even the silly ones.
