Plumbing repairs
In a 40+ year old house, things get old, including shutoff valves. I needed my water main valve replaced, outdoor shutoff valve replaced, and outdoor tap (bib) replaced. Dimitry answered my call as soon as I phoned him and he was available for the job as soon as I could get the city out to shut off my water. What Dimitry quoted me is exactly what I paid (+tax). He said it was going to be a 4-5 hour job and it was just that: arrived on schedule and finished on schedule. Excellent service and workmanship backed by a one-year warranty. Would recommend Dimitry to anyone looking for those annoying, yet essential plumbing jobs that keep getting put off. Thank you, Dimitry!

Sweet Basement Suite
The master plumber correctly identified, and resolved, a number of challenges in our asymmetrical basement and tricky shower stall. He installed both rough plumbing and tricky trim; and reconfigured drains and low pipes in the ceiling. You see what you are paying for. He also fixed a botched installation of a sink, solved our laundry room drain problem and made an emergency repair to a ceiling pipe nicked by a lighting installer. Tens months later, our basement is dry as a bone, and the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room water and drains run perfectly. I did not expect such attention to detail, and patience in explaining the art and science, for the price we paid. If you think A-Z's quote is unreasonable, I suggest you have not researched enough.

BackWater Valve and Sum Pump
Dmitry and the Staffs are nice, dedicated people have done a great jobs on my house from the start to end, keep the working area nice and clean. Dmitry explain the works clearly to help the owners in making decisions to repair the house. I recommend him to everybody,

Toilet Installation

Drain cleaning.
Called Dmitry for a main pipe that was clogged. Good to know he was a Masterplumber. Came with the snake and pump within 24hrs, drain was cleared. He explained the issue and gave a few tips. Price was very reasonable as I called several plumbers. Would recommend based on first experience.

Blocked drains
Very happy with Dmitry's work and professionalism. He cleared a very difficult clot issue and ruined his own auger in the process. In spite of the conditions requiring him to make three home visits, his price was very reasonable. I would definitely call on him again.

BackWater Valve installation (BWV)
Dmitry had a solid price and lots of good reviews so hired him to install a Back Water Valve (BWV). Estimate was prompt, work was scheduled promptly and completed as agreed. Although I have not received the rebate yet, inspector passed it with no concerns and site was put back as clean as it was (if not better) then before they came. Excellent job to date and zero complaints or concerns. I would highly recommend.

Installation of Backwater Valve
Dmitry and his team live up to all the rave reviews on Homestars from all their customers. Dmitry responded quickly to my initial enquiries and met with me within a few days. Within one week, he and his technician showed up, work permit in hand, to install the back water valve (which happened to be in an awkward place under the deck in my backyard). The first part of the installation was completed that day; the city inspector visited the next day to sign off on it; and the installation of the backwater valve was completed the following day. The entire process was completely painless (for me). Dmitry and his team were efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable about what needed to get done. I was very happy with the work that was done and a reasonable rate. Thank you very much, Dmitry and team! I am so relieved that I won't have to worry about city sewage water backing up into my newly renovated basement!

installation of backwater valve
Dmitry and his team of experts installed a back water valve in our home accessing it from a finished basement. He used a camera to determine the feasability of this procedure, cut a small opening in the tiled basement floor, connected the valve, closed up and neatly cemented over the opening. His work was well planned, decisive, expert, quick and clean. I would hasten to recommend him for any plumbing job.
