    Main water valve replacement and other miscellaneous repairs around the house.

    Neil and Lamar were right on time, very friendly and professional. They were efficient and did excellent work.

    Kitchen plumbing

    I had a pipe break under my sink, and the team was great! They were careful, efficient and did excellent work! They even went beyond and looked at a clogged venting fan! This is the second time I have used Stephen Bodar’s services, and while this wasn’t as big a job as my previous residence, the service was equally great! And I will certainly continue to use them. I highly recommend Stephen and his team. And thank you Neil Golding for an excellent job done!

    Kitchen sink and dishwasher clog

    Alex from Rotorooter came to my house on time and promptly set to work remedying a problem that was a lot bigger than either of us thought. He was friendly professional knowledgeable and considerate about keeping me informed of the price. An excellent representative of your company.

    Sink/Vanity Replacement

    Neil and Lamar were professional, polite and really great! They were prompt with their service (and on a weekend at that!) and the finished product looks amazing! I was getting a pedestal sink removed (it was at least 40 years old and stuck to the tiles), and getting a new sink with cabinet put in. Lamar had to run to a few places to get a rare adaptor to fit my particularly pipe to this new Ikea set up ('nuff said). They left the bathroom nice and clean and made sure I was happy with each step. Price was very reasonable as they also stayed late to deal with old house issues (like bulging walls!!). Really appreciate their help and professionalism and would recommend them to anyone!

    Waste water pipes replaced

    We had a slight back up of waste water in the basement. Stephen came out on New Years Eve day and scoped it for us and gave us a quote. We got two other quotes and decided to go with Rooter-Man because he was so professional, responded readily, and he had excellent equipment. His crew worked faithfully through the worst weather to get the job done. We are extremely pleased with his work and would highly recommend him. Leslie Martel 2396 Del Fiore Drive, Mississauga

    sump pump repair/replacement

    Excellent customer service, promptly came out and fixed, very honest assessment and work package. would use them again

    Kitchen sink drain plugged

    Work done was quick - excellent job - cleaned up after job was done - checked for leaks -told us price of job before starting

    Changed T trap in sewer line

    Great job all around. Friendly, intelligent about plumbing, honest. All work was done well, and all workers were very nice too. Would hire again and recommend.

    Plumbing

    Repairs done as a result of frozen pipes. He was early and worked late for two days. Alex walked us through the issues, discussed the costs and then did the work needed.

    Plugged kitchen sink

    We tried everything and couldn’t unplug our kitchen sink. I called Rooter- Man and within a couple of hours Alexander was there to help. He was professional and courteous and did a great job. He even suggested ways to maintain our sink drain to prevent further issues. I would definitely use this company again!
