    faucet repair

    I called on a nice Sunday afternoon and they showed up within the hour and fixed the problem fast and cost effective. I will definitely use them again!

    Revamp of old plumbing throughout 1930s home

    I'm own renovation company and work with plumbers every day. Rooter man was exceptional from every perspective - diagnosis, of issues, timeliness, due diligence in work practices, communications, staying within budget, going extra mile at every turn. The other trades in home gave high praise to Rooterman - there's no better endorsement than that! Diane Black & associates Inc.

    Kitchen sink

    After many attempts of trying to fix our plugged sink with snakes, drano and plungers we decided to call Rooter-man! My husband and I couldn't believe the fast service. Within an hour of calling, Alex the plumber was there. He was friendly, honest and very hard working. Took him a couple of hours but determination paid off and we now have a unplugged sink! Thanks again to Rooter-man and Alex for helping us out. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber in the future!

    Clogged drain piping in bathroom

    Rob the plumber was very helpful and offered explanations and results of the tasks he performed. He also went the extra mile to perform a quick inspection of some recent plumbing I had done by another contractor.

    Fixed clogged sink

    Alex, the plumber worked very hard and efficiently to remove the stubborn clog from our kitchen sink. He was also very professional,neat in performing and completing the task; and knowledgeable of his trade,giving practical advise to maintain a well-functioning drain .

    Sewer Back-up

    Discovered an unexpected sewer back-up on the property late one night. Called Rooter-man GTA and first thing in the morning the following day Stephen Brodar came in to assessed the situation. Stephen brought in a crew to help clean the initial mess and also restore water usage across the house (that very same day!). My family and I are deeply thankful to Stephen, Terry, Alex, and the rest of the guys for their help. Based on their customer service, professionalism, and overall communication/education throughout the repair process, Rooter-man will always be my first call.

    Replace Sewer Pipes to City Property

    Great Service, Fast Friendly and very Professional. Stephen Brodar was very prompt and responded immediately to address any concerns even if they were small. I am sincerely pleased I had Rooter-Man complete the project

    Broken Sewer Pipe

    Had sewage backup in basement and horrible odour throughout the house. Called Rooterman and was told they would send their best man for the job in my area. Robert showed up within a few hours the same day, he and his helper located the problem quickly and efficiently. I was told they would be back out the next morning at 8:30am to repair the problem. The team showed up earlier than they said, which was very nice. The entire team was extremely professional, fast and efficient. They were polite and patient with my questions and quite personable. After Robert inspected the work to make sure it met his standards, I felt confident enough to leave the house as the team finished the job. When I returned I discovered that except for a little area of fresh soil showing, you couldn't even notice they had been there. I will definitely use this company again when/if needed and will not hesitate to recommend them to others. Thank you Robert and Team for making an unpleasant situation a positive experience.

    Backwater valve installation

    They were very professional and they produced top quality work. Very impressive. We will definitely recommend this company.
