Sewer of old house replaced
We had to have our whole sewage system replaced. The job was done in a very professional, efficient manor, within stated time frame and estimated cost. We would definitely recommend or contact the supervisor Stephen Brodar again if another job was required. He and his crew were professional and pleasant to have in our home. They also cleaned up well after the messes created after digging out parts of our basement and lawn.

Flood repair
We had a flood in our basement that required extensive repair. They came in and never left us with any doubt about their competence. Very pro job and to this day Stephen still answer our calls and makes himself available to answer questions without hesitation.

Plumbing - main drain
The main drain had to be replaced, all the way to the city line. I was impressed with the quality and professionalism from Stephen and Igor.

Sewage Backup
Our basement floor drain was backing up. Stephen came out right away to diagnose and clear the clog. The next week his crew was there to replace the damaged pipe on the front lawn. All work was completed cleanly, quickly, and professionally as promised. Everything was put back as it was. You can't even tell they were there. I was very happy with the work and have no problem recommending Stephen and his crew.

Foundation repair

Major plumbing issue
Stephen Bodar was recommended to me by a previous contractor I had worked with. I had sewage backed up in my basement and without water.....on Sunday night of Thanksgiving weekend. Certainly not ideal! Not only did Stephen reach out that night, he arranged for someone to come to my house the morning of holiday Monday. Alex "diagnosed" the issue on Monday. Alex was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Stephen also followed up and immediately arranged for a crew for the following day. Again, the entire crew were professional and knowledgeable. They worked hard and their clean up was fantastic! In a less than ideal situation, it was a pleasure to work with Stephen and team! Stephen and team will certainly be my "go to guy" for any other plumbing issues now or in the future!

Basement leaks

waste pipe and sewer line and drains replaced. Back water valve installed. Condensation line put underground instead of snaking through the basement.
They did a fine job, were speedy with the estimate, permit applications, inspection, rebate forms and the work itself. You couldn't tell that the front yard had been dug up! The owner and plumber were delightful and very communicative. The rebate form for the back water valve was already filled in, addressed and stamped! They organized the building inspection and did extra work recommended by the inspector (replacing a faucet and disconnecting a downspout) without charging extra. They worked clean and removed all the rubble and pipes etc. You couldn't tell they had been there except for the different colour of cement on the floor. Would certainly recommend them and will use them again for plumbing needs.

replacing the pipes under the sink
Alexander fix the leak by replacing the pipes. He did excellent job and he is very professional and polite! kept everything clean not drop of water under the sink or on the kitchen floor. Job well done!
