    laundry room sink replacement

    Pipe from drain of sink broke from its casting on a concrete sink. Piping and sink was replaced. New taps and a pipe to drain the washing machine which did not exist before.

    Sewage Back Up

    Incredibly quick response time, workers were very knowledgable & attentive. They fixed the problem but also took the time to educate me on the process & whats involved. I would 100% recommend Rooter Man, they repaired my urgent issue in less then 24 hrs when 3 other competing companies weren't even available ! I have dealt with 100's of contractors/trades, its rare I have a good experience & take time to write a positive review. These guys were Readily available, Experienced Staff & Well Priced - Everything I look for !!

    bath sink

    they have responded to my urgent call within 50 minutes , the problem were solved with confidence from their experience technician in 20 minutes

    Catch basin cleaning/flushing/drainage

    Catch basin was clogged. Large accumulation of water in our loading dock created risk of flooding into building. Rooter-Man reps and technicians were professional, timely, courteous and kept us abreast of the steps taken while they remedied the situation. Quotation was reasonable. Service was excellent. Will definitely contact them again when their services are required.

    Flushed Toy

    First time our 2 year old flushed a series of his toys down the toilet. I knew we were going to have to take the toilet off to get it so I left it up to professionals. Robert was helpful and outgoing. He had our toilet repaired in no time. Afterwards we talked about toilet repairs since he noticed I take care of simple repairs myself. I'm glad I called them.

    Sewer line replaced

    Stephan was very professional and helpful through the entire project. It was an overwhelming experience for us, however, Stephen and the crew who worked on our job were very pleasant and got the job done quickly. Would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat!

    Main Drain clog

    Clogged drain on weekend. Had massive paper towel clog in a historical building. Andrew showed up and was amazing. Professional, patient, and friendly. It took two visits to resolve. The first on Sunday after my church service. The toilets backed up and in an attempt to save the day I undid the clean out and well let's just say I had to go home and take a really long shower. I called Rooter Man and they came out soon after. The snake couldn't resolve it so they used a power wash. It was more than I was expecting to pay but when I checked with other plumbers they said it was reasonable and done right. Thanks Andrew Grzebieniak 5 star job.

    replaced drains in basement

    Old home, had tried to relocate a drain for laundry sink. When we opened the floor, we found original cast drains had so much corrosion and after further inspection we saw that they needed replacing. Very clean workmanship.

    It's unfortunate that we found a new can of worms during this project, but thankfully we camera inspected that rest of the sewer line and caught this during the reno and not after the reno and floor was finished. It is very important to camera inspect sewer lines prior to any basement or home reno project..by doing so can eliminate any chance of a sewer backup as a result of aged defective infrastructure.     Very professional service. Fast response to an emergency service call. Had our drain cleared and camera inspected within 2 hours.
