    Bathtub drain clog

    The company representative responded very promptly and scheduled the inspection the same day. The technician inspected the bathtub and gave me the quote. I liked how they took care to explain why they will use this tool over others. Unfortunately, we did not go with the company because of the scheduling conflict.

    Rooter Man

    Sean; was the Plumber who attended to my service call. I had a potential major flood; and expensive damage. Sean mitigated, remediated; and averted this for me. Roto Man is extremely lucky to have Sean on their team. Doug Newstead

    Kitchen sink blocked

    Rooter Man responded to my request on a Sunday morning! Robert came to fix the problem early Monday morning. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. We now have an excellent plumber to call in the future. The quick response of this company, and the confirmation messages were very impressive.

    Clogged kitchen drain

    My kitchen sink was not draining. I was grateful that the company was able to send someone the next day. Neil was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. I don't know much about plumbing and he really took the time to talk me through my options and pick the one that best balanced my budget and needs. He also gave me several quotes for other less time sensitive issues that I am having, but did not pressure me to agree to anything without really considering it first. I am so happy with the work he did. I would strongly recommend him!

    Scope basement floor drains

    Brian arrived on time and had all the required equipment for the job. He scoped the entire drain out to the sewer and the weeping tile. He provide video and photos showing tree roots, collapsed sections, and blockages. He provided an estimate for the repairs and explained everything. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend his services.

    Clogged Toilet & Bathtub

    Great experience! Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was an issue with a clogged toilet and bathtub. Even though no service was needed at this time, he kindly walked me through possible solutions and preventative measures for next time.

    Water pipe updated, replaced weeping tiles, updated sewer pipes, new window wells

    I cant say enough great things about Rooterman, knowledgeable, professional, clean, hard working crew. I had six quotes before I choose this company, Andrew was great with me , It was a big and a very messy job, weeping tiles replaced and waterproofing the house, window wells updated, water and sewer pipes updated, back value drain and sump pump installed. This was all done with 40 degree temperatures, the crew and the clean up was amazing. Thank you for your great service

    Sink Backup

    Sean is great. He was on time, efficient and knowledgeable. Pricing is predetermined, depending on the task.

    Replace outside and inside taps

    Excellent experiencewould never hesitate to use or recommend Rob. A very experienced professional Plumber. An excellent worker who clearly takes pride in his craft. Totally professional, efficient .everything was left clean and tidy when he was finished. I thought our toilets should be replaced but he said they were fine. He did make some recommendations to think about in the future. Nothing but positive feedback back from this more than satisfied customer.
