    Honest and thorough plumber

    The company was very responsive and was the first to contact us about the job. Robert arrived on time and very quickly identified the problems with our drain and recommended the appropriate solution. He ensured we were always informed of our options and was very thorough in his work. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a plumber

    slow drain

    my kitchen drain was plugged. I had other plumbers in to clear it and they just wanted to sell me drain cleaner. Matthew Callaway was professional, snaked the drain and had it running smoothly in no time. Showed up when he said he would and finished faster than I expected.

    Bathroom faucet fix and drain unclogging.

    Speedy, friendly service. Very honest. I would use this company again. They fixed three of my slow draining sinks, a leaking tub faucet and a few other plumbing related concerns.

    Linear Drain Installation

    The services provided by Rooter Man GTA was top notch. From the first contact on the phone right through to the final delivery. I was extremely impressed with there professionalism, work ethic and communication. The original visit was preformed by Stephan who arrived within the time window they offered, not to mention I received a text message when he was on his way. He was extremely knowledgeable and was (with confidence) able to explain how the whole process would work, approximately how long it would take to deliver and verbally provided a rough estimate on pricing. I received the written estimate within 12hrs and was left with no questions, it was clear and the pricing lined up with what he had explained while he was onsite. Once the job started it was lead by Michael who was a pleasure to have around was able to keep his crews tidy and on schedule. If Michael said it would be done..... it was done. Everyone involved in this project from Rooter Man GTA was punctual, polite and respectful of their surroundings. I have no hesitation giving them 10 out of 10. This was a big project for us and I was diligent on getting several quotes from other companies before moving forward. Hands down they were the right choice and I plan on using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future. Owner Barbeque Pro Inc.

    Kitchen sink plugged

    Speedy service. From the minute I called to the minute the plumber left my house was a 10star service all the way.

    sewer line replacement

    I did not want to deal with this huge cost and inconvenience in my life. I actually priced around and thought I would save some money with another company. I ended up calling Rooter Man back when my "money saver" was not working out. From Stefan who came to my door to Katie and Jane on the phone and the individual workers everyone was friendly and professional. They got the work done start to finish in under a week. A good team I would not hesitate to use again.

    Full home waterproofing and walkout rebuild

    As a home owner, this is the first time I have gone with the highest quote. The crew from Rooter Man were very professional, and quick based on the scope of work. There was no extra fill left behind that most companies don’t tell you isn’t in your contract and just leave. There is a lifetime guarantee on the waterproofing itself, and they even helped get a rebate from the region. I would recommend anyone looking for piece of mind that their home will stay dry to hire Rooter Man.

    All plumber work

    They are very professional and organized in their work. Mr Stephan gave all the details from begining to end so I always knew what was going on. I would highly recommend hiring this company.

    $400 plumbing bill with no resolution of my problem

    I live in a condo and the building kitchen stack backed up into my kitchen sink. Rooter Man came in promptly and assessed the problem but didn't tell me that backup from the stack is a building problem rather than an individual unit problem. They said that they needed to snake the stack from under my sink and that they should be able to clear the issue unless the clog was located more than 25 ft. below my unit. The plumber accessed the stack from under my kitchen sink and claimed that he snaked the drain 25 feet down which he claimed took him to the start of the unit two below mine. He said that the clog was far below my unit and that I would have to get my building management to provide Rooter Man with access to the main stack. I contacted my building management and they said they would have their preferred plumber fix the issue. Rooter Man then billed me $400 despite not resolving the issue. Later that afternoon the building's preferred plumber came in, accessed the stack directly (rather than via the sink) and cleared the clog which was located just below my unit. The issue was not that the clog was too far down, but that Rooter Man didn't properly access the stack and snake it. I sent an email to Rooter Man asking for a refund and haven't even had the courtesy of a response. I would not recommend Rooter Man GTA under any circumstances!
