    Toilet Repair

    I had a leak in my 1st floor ceiling and there was toilet right above it and our guess was the toilet was leaking so we made inquiry on Home Stars. We got a call almost immediately and a visit to our home was made to assess the situation. The toilet was disassembled completely and it was found that the toilet seal was broken. We were asked to buy the toilet seal and that the plumber would be back to install it. We were unsure of what type of toilet seal to buy as we have no clue about the toilets so we call numerous times and never got a response back. I had a toilet in my tub and hole in bathroom floor for a week before it was fixed. They went AWOL and charged me $255.

    Bathroom leak diagnostic and repair

    Robert from Rooter Man helped me fix a leak that had sprung in a second-floor bathroom. I called first thing in the morning and he was by in the early-afternoon. After arriving, he quickly assessed the issue and warned me that we would likely need to cut a hole in the ceiling to trace the problem. With everything he did, he presented the issue and discussed our options with me. I initially thought the problem was the tub, but it ended up being the toilet, which was improperly installed. He presented more options, indicated what each option would cost, and described the consequences of each. He was honest and professional throughout the afternoon, and set me up with a solid fix with the parts he had available in his truck. We're quite pleased!

    Waterproofing

    I hired RooterMan GTA to waterproof my home and install a sump pump and backwater valve. I was very impressed with the detailed walkthrough Stefan did of my basement and outside during his initial visit. He was able to provide a quote immediately and walked me through the scope of the project in detail. He was very patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions and did not pressure me into making a decision. This was a big job and a big investment. Based on my initial experience with Stefan and a very positive referral from another customer I felt confident that they would do a good job. Prior to starting the job Stefan brought the project supervisor Andrew to the house to explain the scope of work to be done and both came by often to check on the progress of the job. I was very impressed with the entire crew. They were hardworking and cleaned up both my property and my neighbours' properties each day. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would strongly recommend anyone looking to have similar work done to contact RooterMan GTA .

    Rooter man saved the day and made it easy and painless for is

    We had a series of broken drain pipes and our out flow was about 25% of what it should be. We had a small flood and the boys at rooter figured out the problem and fixed it completely in 3 days. Lots of huge holes and many feet of new PVC pipe was needed. The work spaces were always left clean and the water was turned back on every evening. We could still live in our house.     Clogged drain repair

    Same day availability, arrived during scheduled time slot, wore appropriate PPE, work was done quickly, very professional technicians. Suggested additional services to address water pressure issues but did not pressure us to do these extra services.

    Drain replacement from back of basement to the property line.

    All of the company employees were very polite and efficient. They all took the time to answer any and all our questions with great patience. The final job was excellent.

    New plumbing in Bathroon and Toilet

    I decided to help my parents with their old house. And first from what we started was plumbing. My husband told me that when we changed it in our home we called here. So I did the same. Thank for extremely professional work here

    Old sewer line replacement

    They replaced my old rental house’s whole sewer line ! They even work extra to finish it earlier & they did a great job . I really appreciate it

    Clogged bathroom sink

    The pedestal sink was badly clogged and leaking. A A very nice efficient young man come on time promised. Didn't get his name but was most impressed. He fixed in no time! Very happy!

    Fixed plugged kitchen sink quickly and effectively

    Kitchen sink was backed up, none of the normal home remedies worked so called in the professionals. Alex from Rooter Man was awesome. He installed a clean out line and rootered out the line. Gave me some good tips on how to keep the pipes clean and also helped me fix my loose tap. Great service. Thank you;.
