    Laminate flooring installation

    The work was done in the way that we expected and we recommend the Company. Joan is a person that fulfill was she promise and also has a very excellent customer service.

    Supply flooring for new build

    Was referred to first class by contractor. Went to show room. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Provided flooring sample for deposit. After installation, we purchased touchup kit. Very nice and easy to work with.

    Joan was very helpful from the moment that I arrived. She’s extremely knowledgeable with product selection and was able to have my material available quickly to complete my project.

    Basement renovation

    After months of looking around for flooring at other places we were not happy with the selections/quality and customer service. My brother recommended First Class Flooring and our search was finally over. We are so happy with the floor we selected and most of all the outstanding customer service we received from Sara. She is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. She exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We highly recommend First Glass Flooring they have a huge selection of great products. Thank you Sara for all your patience and recommendations. We will definitely be back as we will be renovating our main floor.

    Wood Flooring

    They are very good. There service is very respectful and helpful. The prices are reasonable and affordable. I have been purchasing a lot recently. I would highly recommend.
