There was an issue with flooding coming up through the basement drain in my house and I called Santos to check it out. He came in quickly for a personal estimate and explained the issue, and offered a very reasonable price for the job, including financing options. We booked him, his team came in the next morning and finished the job within 5 hours. Very polite, professional, and Igor (one of the plumbers) took pictures of the site as he worked to show me, which I really appreciated. Good service, good price, and great results. Everything has been smooth sailing at the house since. I highly recommend Santos for plumbing needs.

when you own an older house, please do not hesitate to call santos, they can fix your drain problem for ever, I don't know how many times the plumber came to sneaking my drain and month later, it is plugged again, so, spend your money wisely and do it now.

Mr. Santos and his son Amadeus Santos came to my house and unplugged my drain. Polite workers and clean (cleans up their work), fast and efficient, would recommend to everyone for any plumbing work.

Hey my name is John, I'm leaving this feed back for one of the most Liability, True full, Best communication and explains step to step how things work, very clean, on time, and KEEPS THERE WORD OF BEING A 24HR COMPANY. My Whole basement was flooded about 7inc high because I had a blockage in my drain and this all was happening around 2:00 in the morning. I called 3 plumbing company's that I found on google that were advertising 24 hours emergency services. I was so frustrated and disappointed that no one picked or return my call and this point I was freaking out and do not know what to do. So I tried one more time and I found Santos Water Service & Drains website on google and if I can say there website is really amazing, organize, didn't have no Ads anywhere making there website very easy to use and not Confusing and I think that Important to me because I can get really frustrated if I can't find what kind of service they Serve. So I called Mr.Santos and he didn't pick up and I started getting mad and thinking that there's no company that keeps there word about being 24hrs About 10 second I received a call back "Hey my name is Silverio did you call me?" I was shocked and surprised, He was very polite about it and I told him yes I did called and Explained my issue that I was having. Mr.Santos responded No problem I will send my son to your house in 45min, and as I got off the phone with Mr.santos thinking there going to take there sweet time because it was at around 2:30 In the morning at this point. About 20 mins later some one knocking on my door and I was really Surprised that was really fast. Mr.Santos son I believe this how you spell his name and if I get it wrong I do apologize "AMA-DAY-US" was very clean, very polite just like his Father and great communication and if you like me that has no clue what's going on at all Mr.Santos son took longer explaining what happened and steps that I should do next then him doing the actual work. Mr.Santos son was telling me that I was blocked because of tree roots and I need to Install a clean out. I end up doing this big job with Santos Water Service & Drain and didn't look around because they had my just trust since Mr.santos called me back and his son with excellent customer service. I had a amazing experience with them Very affordable price and I couldn't pay them right away and Mr.Santos was very understandable and allowed me to make Monthly payments. I would like to say thank you for all your help and re-solving my issues, if you are looking for a plumber like I was to help you I would strongly recommend to give Mr.Santos a call for any issues. Recently, I had a small sewer back up through the basement drains. I called Santos and they came very quickly. The worker snaked out the clogged pipes in the front lawn. He then used his camera to determine the cause of the problem to be tree roots. He suggested that I call the city to assess the situation further. I would definitely use this company again. In the past I used a big name company that took much longer to come to the house and did not even have a camera with them. Santos charged half the price of the big name company and he had a camera with him to do a thorough inspection of the pipes.

Last summer I had a problem with my basement flooding because of a clogged floor drain. I called Santos and they cleared the drain free of charge. Over Christmas the clogged drain returned with a vengeance and began backing up each time we showered or ran a load of laundry - flooding the drain areas with raw sewage. Since Santos was so helpful the first time, I called them again. After plunging the drains and scoping with a camera they discovered a major blockage in the trap at the bottom of the "mushroom" vent outside. The next morning they had a crew at my house replacing the vent and trap with a city-approved clean out. Problem solved. Santos was fast, friendly, and extremely courteous. I hope I'll never have sewer problems again but if I do I won't hesitate to call Santos. They were outstanding!
