I was chasing my puppy and my kid in the yard when I heard the door slamming behind me. I checked my pockets but my keys weren't there. I keep all windows and back doors locked and so I couldn't get in and I asked my neighbor to call FC Locksmith. I was truly happy to see them arriving so fast but I was also happy that they managed to unlock my security locks without damaging them. They are just the fastest and greatest locksmith crews!

I had made arrangements with FC Locksmith for lock replacement but something came up and I had to go out of town as soon as possible. I notified the customer service of the company but I must admit I was worried about the security of my house, too. I was surprised to hear that the technicians could squeeze me among their other appointments and indeed new lock installation was completed before I left. I appreciated that they didn't do a hasty work but were very diligent. highly recommended!

I wanted to make some changes at home and a friend suggested that I should also change the locks. He was right because the lock system of my house was old and you never know these days! He also recommended FC Locksmith and so I gave them a call! I was surprised by their professionalism and I must admit ilay did a terrific job at my place. Their lock change service included consultation, locks and installation and was completed faster than I expected. Awesome groups!

When I moved to my new apartment, I thought it would be a good idea to change locks immediately. I had heard the best remarks about FC Locksmith from many friends and decided to try out their services, too. They earned my heart right away with their good behavior and punctuality! Though, they impressed me entirely when they said that they could rekey rather than install new locks and I will still have a very secure home. I liked the fact they are trying to save clients' money!

We've been wanting to change the lock on one of our doors for a while. I emailed a few companies last week and FC were one of 2 that responded. I chose them as the start price of the locks was the lowest (we wanted to see a range of low - middle - high) and the call out charge was reasonable. We called and asked about the cost of labour and were informed that it was included in the price of the lock. Our technician arrived late, but was in constant contact with us that evening, and was very professional. Unfortunately, there was a lot of traffic (understandably due to the bad road conditions). He was a nice guy, but we didn't get the variety of locks that we were hoping for - he really just had one option for us - which, after he added the labour charge of the lock replacement (which we thought was included) was well over $100 more than the start price we had been quoted. I was disappointed in the lack of choice, but we decided to go ahead and just get the lock changed. That may have been the best choice for us, and what we would have chosen in the end, but we didn't feel we had the opportunity to explore our options. Our technician even mentioned he didn't carry anything lower than the one he was showing us (in the deadbolt line). Having said that, the service was professional and reliable and we can't fault them for that. If i'm in a bind i'll probably use them again, but may go elsewhere on referral.

I returned home from a long trip only to find my home vandalized and decided to make radical changes with my security system. I wanted the best solution and, thus, called FC Locksmith for immediate lock change. The technicians suggested excellent systems but I was amazed by their organization and persistence to find the most adequate solutions for my property and that's only one of the benefits of this local locksmith company.

Beyond expectations - our back door lock was picked - luckily we are fully armed with a CHUBB system and cameras so they did not get a foot in. We replaced key doors with non-pick locks to be even stronger. Leo was at our home the same day as the call - with a fully equipped truck on the spot and enforcements completed in less than an hour. WOW! From phone call to install in 2 1/2 hours! Very impressed. Would definitely refer them to others, and use them again if needed. Leo did a fantastic job! I couldn't be happier.

My job requires that I am in the streets all day long and I carry my whole personal world in my purse. I was having lunch with a client when I suddenly realized my purse was missing. They really structured a fantastic security plan changing the master key system and installing devices at all entrances. When I need commercial lock repair they are always on time briefing me about new potentials and technologies. I wasn't always lucky with technical teams but in this case I made the best choice.
