My company handles various matters, which contain top secret information, and I needed a supreme professional local locksmith to take over a demanding office locksmith service. I called FC Locksmith after a friend’s recommendation and I really appreciated their courtesy, discretion and speed. They actually prepared a professional and thorough plan of my office security and, as an overall, they offered me an excellent locksmith for office service and they coped with my extreme demands within the specific time limits. When I needed a residential lock repair, my brother insisted on calling FC Locksmith. The first thing I noticed was that they were punctual to our appointment and told me everything I needed to know about their services and costs. The best thing was that I was very pleased by their locksmith services and, in fact, they gave me many alternatives upon choosing a lock before they proceeded with the residential lock change. I had a very bad experience with residential locksmith services in the past, so I never bothered replacing the ancient locks at home and country house. Fortunately, a friend insisted on giving me the phone number of FC Locksmith. What impressed me the most was the locksmith, who came to my house, briefed me about the procedure and the cost beforehand. I was out of town when my car key broke off in my ignition. I thought I was going to have to replace the whole ignition. I called FC Locksmith and they were able to extract my key and make a replacement from the broken pieces of the old one. Wow! They saved me a ton of money! Thanks again!

Update: I have been in constant contact with FC Locksmith since this incident. They have been very open and honest with my experience and have apologized for the inconvenience that was caused. As an apology, they reimbursed me half of the cost and assured me that they strive for excellence. I can unequivocally state that when it comes to customer service, FC is top notch, which is hard to find these days. I can now fully recommend FC Locksmith as a company who stands behind their service and will make sure that you are satisfied with both their work and company. Well done, FC! You will have my business in the future. Original: Going by the rating here on HomeStars, I chose to go with FC to change a deadbolt on my door. I made the appointment three days prior because as I explained to the dispatcher at the time, the building is currently vacant and there is nowhere for me to stay and wait for the service reps arrival. I explained that I am disabled and only have one leg, and with nowhere to sit down, I needed an appointment for a specific time. The morning of the appointment, I got a call from the rep, two and a half hours before the appointment time asking if I could meet him at the location within the next twenty minutes or so. I explained that it was a long distance for me to travel and that there was no way for me to get there that quickly. Then he offered to come two hours after my appointment time. I explained to him that I have other plans and that is why I made the appointment when I did. He said he would arrive at the original appointment time. I arrived at the location a full forty five minutes before the appointment and waited. Half an hour after the appointment time, the rep still had not arrived, so I called. I was told that the rep would contact me. Half an hour later, still no contact. So, I called back. I got to speak to the manager and was told that there would be someone sent to my location within ten minutes. Half an hour later, the rep arrived. When I made the appointment, I was told that the rep would have a selection of deadbolts, but the rep only had the one no name brand that was installed. I was told that the deadbolt prices start at $45 when I made the appointment, but the rep told me they start at $95 and I was misquoted.

I called FC Locks to come replace a lock on my front door at 9:30pm and the locksmith was at my door in 15 minutes. The lock was replaced. I initially had an issue with the pricing however I received a follow up call and the issue was resolved.

What I really appreciate and love about FC locksmith is that they have such a wide array of locksmith services. Since I have a Bed & Breakfast, this is very useful for me. I only need to contact one company and I get to have very competent 24 hour locksmith services. Thanks!
