    Service

    I came home and my lock was completely broken. Called up and he arrived after hours and got me into my home and installed anew lock, all very quickly, pleasantly and professionally

    Amazing service!

    The technician (Nick) came out the same day we called. He performed the on-site consultation and quote immediately, then had all the parts on his truck! He was friendly and professional, communicated perfectly, called before arriving, and did the work quickly and perfectly.

    Patio lock replacement

    Nick confirmed promised time slot...much appreciated Explained what had to be replaced etc Completed within 45 minutes showed how to use the lock etc Would definately use HomeStars again and any lock related issue....Nick for sure!!

    Lock Replacement

    Nick from FC Locksmith replaced my front door lock and I was extremely satisfied with the job and his service. He arrived when he said he would, completed the job quickly and professionally and made sure that I was happy with what had been done. I would highly recommend him.

    Fast and efficient!

    We required locksmith service at our place of business and had reached out to various companies. Once we met Nick, we knew FC Locksmith would be the company. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure and should we require a locksmith in the future, FC will be the one we call.

    Front door

    My locks got changed back in January, all of a sudden it stopped working and was a pain to lock and unlock. It did take a bit for them to come out for the warranty, BUT when they sent out the technician, Nick was amazing. He replaced my entire lock, offered to make me extra keys and was super friendly. Would highly recommend if you use this company to ask for him (Nick) to be your technician.

    Roncy keys

    Helped replace two door locks and replaced with new electronic. Great promptness and good advice. Nick was really helpful in taking a look at another problem quickly. Would definitely use them again. Thanks.

    Changed lock on door

    Broken lock replacement

    We recently had a new door and frame installed and after a short time the lock seized up and the door could not open. The door company said they were not replacing the new locks so we had to call a locksmith. Nick came out and explained exactly why our lock stopped working. He did a great job and he was friendly and knowledgeable.

    Great job, Nick! New handleset looks sharp!

    I learned a lot from Nick. Why "not" to buy cheaply made mass produced handlesets. Why changing your locks is "not" a DIY job (not if you want it done right. Every millimetre matters. Right, Nick? Not only did Nick do a tremendous job with installation, he helped me select the style and finish that best suits our door. "Wife Approved"!! Nick also addressed the proper maintenance fir the lock, how to properly use it so as not to abuse it, and even pointed out that our front door has shifted, what to keep an eye out for, and what to do to fix it. Thanks, Nick! Here's wishing many years of long walks with your new pup.
