Very well, showed up early and unloaded as requested with no damage sustained. Very pleasant and unpacked the pod in record time- couldn't have gone better.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were on time, efficient and careful with our furniture, and looked after every detail. Peter was polite and lovely to work with and led a great team.

Glad I went with Payless Moving. Moving can be very stressful to say the least however they did an amazing job, made it stress free for us. Peter and his crew were on time and safely moved all our items. They uninstalled the beds, wrapped everything and installed it back at the new place. They were friendly, respectful and made sure there were no damages whatsoever. Pricing was very competitive and as quoted. Will definitely recommend.

They are my families go to people for moving, pretty much everyone in my family has used them. Peter and his team deliver exceptional experience. Moving out of our 1 bedroom condo was a breeze with their expert handling. The team meticulously wrapped and protected all our belongings, arriving on time and conducting themselves with utmost professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch moving services.

EXTREMELY unprofessional, my family had a horrible experience. We have moved and hired movers many times but this was by far the worst experience. One mover in particular was extremely rude and mishandled many items. Even after examining and taking an estimate one week prior, the movers only moved half of our furniture/boxes and refused to take a second trip to move the remaining. We had to rent a truck for the rest of our things which was something we wouldn't have had to do if we hired better movers from a different company. At one point, one of the movers was throwing personal items from drawers on the floor with no care. I had asked him to stop and he rolled his eyes and continued to throw things on the floor. I repeatedly told him to stop and he would still not listen. I had to raise my voice because many of my expensive items were being damaged and he told me that I was crazy and then he told me to humble myself. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. I was left with many damaged items and did not appreciate the way I was spoken to, which would not have happened if we hired better movers from another company. I would rate this place zero stars if I had the option. If you are considering to hire movers, from my experience with this company my best advice would be to hire from a different company, even if it costs more you will at least get the job done elsewhere. With Payless we were left with a half complete job, damaged items, we were spoken to so rudely and had to spend more money to rent a truck to move the rest of the stuff ourselves. Please save yourself from all the issues and hire different movers.

I am thoroughly impressed. Excellent work, on time and took well care of everything during the move. Not a single item was damaged during the move. If you are looking for Movers, look no further I do highly recommend them. They literally put a smile on my face and took all the stress away. I am definitely going to hire them again in the future.
