When you hire Peter & company you hire a responsible partner that will make sure your move will smooth and easy, respect its commitment, listen attentively to your request and concerns and provide impeccable professional service. On the top of this be kind and polite. I hired Peter on a flat rate and when day of the move arrived it was obvious that we made the right decision. Peter was kind to my elderly parents who praised him. As we moved from the rented apartment a few days before the end of the month I planned to move the remaining boxes myself. But when I started to pack the last boxes I found that I had more than I bargained for. I phoned Peter again and he & company came to the rescue with a smile and a very reasonable price.

Peter and his team did a fantastic job. He came to our house in Bolton beforehand and provided a fair quote. On moving day, his team arrived on time. Since we were doing a "same-day" move, I was impressed at how efficiently they went about their task while ensuring that our furniture was protected. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

I had furniture that needed to be moved from one condo to another right away. Peter was prompt in responding to my inquiry. The price was very reasonable. He and Andrew arrived at my condo on time, they were very courteous and moved my furniture carefully and efficiently. I appreciate the extra help they provided in assembling the bed. I hired Peter at a flat rate who I sensed was a great and reliable person! He was, and when my closing fell through he kept my furniture in his truck for 1 night and found a storage unit for me at a great VIP price. I was blessed to have hired Peter and would refer him to anyone!

Peter and his team were great. They were punctual, moved quickly, and we're very careful with my furniture. Peter wrapped my antique dresser and ensured that everything was handled with care. I moved from a house into a fourth floor walk up building and there were no complaints about it about the stairs at all. They were very friendly and considerate. Even though they had to lift furniture up over four flights of stairs, the cost of the entire move was very reasonable and there were no surprises. It was the best quote I've received from any mover. I would 100% recommend Payless to my friends and would definitely hire them again.

Contacted Payless for a quick last minute sofa pickup and delivery. Cost was more reasonable than the store's recommended provider and more professional too. Communication was timely, polite and the delivery was even easier. PERFECT SERVICE. I will recommend and use them again.
