I have contacted Peter because someone I know said he was reliable. When he got to the condo I was living in he was very rude to the security that works there but I thought that was it. He kept criticizing the way I packed my stuff but because I had never done that so I apologized. After all the moving I payed him and after I realized that the TV was damaged. I contacted him and he said it was NOT his fault. I agreed to receive way less than he is supposed to pay me for the damage but it never came. He said he put it in the mail and I checked it for more than 4 weeks and nothing. He also said he got inside the building I live in and put the cheque under my door which was not there. I checked with Canadian Association of Movers and he is NOT a member. He does not have an insurance and Better Business Bureau (BBB) didn't know about this company either. I have filed a complain with BBB and with the Ministry of Consumers Affair. Unfortunately this is a company that I do NOT recommend. Up to now the only thing I have are excuses and no compensation for the damage. I think everybody should be aware that this company is NOT reliable. If he causes any damage to your furniture he will not admit it and he won't pay for the damage. So I would suggest you to stay away from this company. Again, if something goes wrong he will NOT do the right thing. I am asking you please to be careful with this company. So he doesn't do that to you. It's been more than 5 weeks now and I think the only way is to take him to court. When I read HomeStars I thought they were a good company too. Unfortunately that is not what they showed me. I am very disappointed and upset. And therefore I do NOT recommend this company.

Peter and his crew provided a very professional and efficient service, moving my apartment stuff, despite the heavy snow winterstorm that day. They were right on time despite uneasy trafic in central Toronto; my belongings were protected and well taken care of. Friendly service as well. Highly recommended.

This is the second time I've hired Peter and his team for a move. I was moving from a second floor house to a townhouse with a lot of stairs. The guys did a great job and moved quick despite the extra effort to carry all of the items. They carried all of the things to the second floor as I asked without any trouble. Nothing was broken, they arrived on time. Quick and efficient. I would hire them again.

Payless Moving came and gave me a quote to move my residential residence. I was very impressed with their professionalism and felt very comfortable walking them around my home (around my young kids). Upon approval of the quote I had to increase scope which included bringing a large couch to another property and picking up a piano. Payless Moving was able to accommodate for a very fair price. On moving day Payless alleviated the stress of moving by being on time and efficient. In addition the three movers were pleasant, always smiling and very respectful with all of my belongings. On top of everything I had thrown out my back and really had to release the reigns (not usual for me) which was easy to do because Payless has mastered their method to moving's madness. The next week my new tenant called me in a panic because their movers didn't show up. I was so pleased to be able to recommend Payless Moving who got them out of a jam.

Payless Moving and Deliveries helped me through a stressful and last minute move from Burlington to Toronto in the middle of a Snowstorm. The duo kept me focused despite the added stress of Mother Nature and tight timelines, and a number of other unexpected challenges. They were fast, organized and personable. Payless were very professional in their pre-moving contact. As for an estimate, Peter said that the cost would be between $800 and $1000. It was $1000. The move was a challenging one due to the weight of some of the goods. Nonetheless, the crew placed the goods as I directed. I recommend Payless for your next move.

All of our fragile belongings were wrapped and moved to our new place safely. The move was also very quick - we were out of our old place and into the new place in less than five hours.
