    Exterior Caulking

    Outstanding service and an impecable job on caulking the exterior of my rental home. Mike is very knowledgeable in his trade and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend their services.

    window re-caulking

    I requested online quotes from 3 companies to recaulk all windows/doors in my townhome. Michael Gouveia was the only one who provided a quote after coming to my home for a visit. He picked up on details that other companies would have missed. The resulting work was impeccable - I am very pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend his company.

    Caulking the whole house

    We are renovating our house which requires re-caulking of all the exterior. We have lots and lots of windows. We found Gold Seal through Home Stars. We called. Michael responded to our request promptly. He gave us an estimate and arranged a time to start. On the scheduled date, Michael and his team arrived punctually. They completed the work on time and in a professional manner. I am extremely pleased with the quality of their work. I recommend them highly.

    Restored old caulking

    Michael was first of three to respond to my request for a quote. Michael was very punctual, and pleasing to deal with and very knowledgeable in his trade. His team's workmanship and service was excellent. A wonderful experience! Highly recommend.

    Caulking exterior windows/doors

    Michael was extremely responsive, he came over and gave us a quote - explained what he was going to do in a very timely fashion. He gave us a date and even with the weather in April was able to slot us in and give us amazing service. He removed the old caulking, put backer rod insulation and then applied a beautiful bead of caulk. He did such an awesome job on our house, my neighbour decided to go ahead and replace the caulking on their house also. I would definitely recommend using Michael. I also can't believe the difference the new caulking has made to our second story and efficiency of our furnace. In the past, our furnace would turn on every 5 minutes when the weather was cold. Now I hardly even hear the furnace come on when the weather is cold outside. Also, our upstairs bedroom is generally as a rule, 2 degrees cooler compared to the rest of the house. The new caulking has made our room much warmer (now, the same temperature). I'm really looking forward to the reduced electricity bills. Kudos to Michael and Team - definitely recommend this excellent company.

    Replacement of caulking around all windows and doors.

    Michael and his team did a fantastic job removing all of the old caulking around my windows and doors and replacing it. They even went above and beyond and fill gaps in bricks and caulked around all accessible exterior vents. The difference this has made has been incredible. A window company wanted to charge us $1500 and take 2 days and only work above 5 degrees. Gold Seal came out on a very cold and windy day in December and took only 5 hours to complete the entire job. It looks great and I've been passing their name around my development.

    exterior caulk

    Mike came over and re caulked our windows and doors. Felt very comfortable with him from the start and he and his staff did not disappoint. They did an amazing job. They were punctual and even removed any debris they created. Highly recommended.

    Caulking outside windows, doors, etc

    Met with Michael from Gold Seal aproximately 3 weeks ago at my home for cost estimate. He was prompt and within 15 minutes an estimate was prepared. I felt Michael was sincere and his price was much lower than anticipated. The work was completed on the day promised and I could not asked for anything more as not only met but exceeded my expectations. The final payment was exactly as quoted. Thank you Michael and your team from Gold Seal Caulking for a job well done. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

    Re-Caulk all Windows and Doors

    The entire experience was excellent. Mike gave a very thorough and detailed quote, and even described a situation with three of the top floor windows not being sealed and therefore not requiring removal, which made the price lower. It would have been very easy to say nothing and charge me the full price. Mike's team showed up on time, worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and showed excellent workmanship. Highly recommended.

    Re-caulking of exterior

    From the first call to quote to completion, I found Michael and team to be very professional. Michael was very courteous and patient in answering all my questions related to the work they were going to do, materials and warranty. His communication and local references were key to my decision. They showed up on time and did a great job removing the old calking and even colour-matched the new caulking. They were competitive in price and made sure to clean up the old material that was removed. I would recommend Michael and Gold Seal for similar work. Thank you, Stuart
