    HOME ALARM SYSTEM INSTALL/ACTIVATION

    A big thank you to United and the crew there... They are great! I've had alarm systems previously in my other houses, but none of the other experiences matched my latest one with United. From the very first pone call/inquiry right down to the install day.... United made the whole process seamless and very professional. Thanks again Team United!

    Another Happy Customer!

    We had alarm services through another company based on the recommendations of a friend and the product was horrid, with the customer service not being anything to write home about. Bob came to our house and didn't try to over sell us on product we didn't need, the install didn't cost us anything and the monthly monitoring fees are 1/3 of what we were paying elsewhere. The installation went very well, and to our satisfaction has worked flawlessly since, an experience we can't say we had with our former product. Our Wifi went down and our monitor became disconnected and I called Bob who was quick to help and directed me to call their office, which is located in Calgary (love that they local, added bonus). I called and the issue was corrected immediately. All around great company to deal with, we highly recommend them!

    United Alarm

    I'm very pleased with United Alarms so far after being a loyal ADT customer for many years in many different homes. Everyone from call center to the installation tech have been just wonderful. I've managed (entirely my own fault) to have a few false alarms and the monitoring center is always quick to call and verify. I've already recommended United Alarms to friends and will continue to do so.

    United

    Great monthly price. The office staff was great. Installation was fast and easy. So far it's been a good company to deal with. Got to use our own equipment, with just a few additionseconds.

    Alarm Activation

    Contacted United Alarms to get a quote on a previously installed alarm system that was never activated. After researching sevaral other monitoring companies I contacted United for a quote. Response was quick and the person answering the phone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. As I was heading out of the country in relatively short order United was kind enough to slot our activation in prior to going on vacation. Installer was excellent and was fully knowledgeable about the system that was previously installed. Installer was very pleasant and did the activation in a very short period of time explaining how the system worked along the way. To date we have been very happy with the service and would recommend United as a very good alternative to the other security providers not based in Calgary.

    security system

    I have installed my home security system using United Alarm about a month ago. Service was prompt and installation was quick. I am fully satisfied so far with the new security system.

    Alarm

    I got this alarm system one month ago. The service is great. they have a fast installation and quick responses from security person. Everything is good for me so far.

    Alarm Systems Review

    United Alarms has provided us with very professional service. The technician that performed the installation was knowledgeable, the customer service representatives were patient and the monitoring station was able to provide immediate responses under an alarm. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company for alarm services.

    Monitoring side great. presale not so much.

    Had their system installed three months ago in our brand new home. Monitoring service is great. We got calls within minutes of an alarm (user error). My only complaints: 1. Commissioning (site visit) was incomplete and not thorough (only a look at the front of the house was done). This phase requires quality time and internal inspection with prospective customer. Despite that $50 was taken from referral gift. This deduction was not disclosed in prior conversations. And more importantly, the visit was useless because photos of the home exterior were emailed previously. No value to us whatsoever. 2. Installer failed to ask about placement of one device, which resulted in extra holes in the wall. Something you’d like to avoid in a new property.

    move existing panel

    I needed the control panel moved from downstairs garage door to the upstairs front door. The technician was punctual, polite and very helpful. We also had him uninstall the system from my mothers house which was very helpful and saved a second appointment. United Alarm has always been very good to us and we recommend them to anyone interested in a monitoring system.
