I am a residential realtor representing clients in Toronto and the GTA for over 30 years. I recently hired AquaTech to do a waterproofing job for the sale of a home in which I represented both the Seller and the Buyer. The job was handled quickly and professionally. The conditions of the sale were lifted, and the house sold and closed. After closing, the new owner of the home found additional water damage in their new basement, when renovating.
