I have been working with Watermart for 3 years and it is their professionalism and great customer service that keeps me coming back. Theyre competent and have never left my space damaged or dirty during their onsite visits. Their technician, Zia, is incredible at what he does and is always so friendly! We request him every time!

Donna helped me with a quote for the system for my house. Price was quite reasonable for the size of my house. Justin did the install for me the next day. Justin did a great job installing was very professional. We had some rather complex piping system in the mechanical room with hydronics indoors and out, irrigation system and steam humifies, Justin asked me what system do I need on filtered/softened water and did the extra work to make sure all the necessary systems are connected properly. Before leaving Justin also checked the system to make sure nothing is leaking also pointed out some leak elsewhere in the house I didn't noticed (nothing serious). Overall great experience looking forward to working with them in the future!

Have been dealing with Water Mart for many years after prchasing our softener system from them and the servicing of the system has been great. I recommend them

Kenny was knowledgeable and took the time to plan out where the water softener would sit and how to bypass my hose bibs. He made sure to keep me up to date on when the water would be shut off. The areas were cleaned up afterwards and I was very happy with the newly softened water in my house.

Toronto's hard water gave me enough trouble such as build-up in my hot water tank, white spots on my shower tub, build-up in water thermos... decided to install a water softener to solve these issues. Watermart quickly responded to my request and gave me a competitive quote. The installation is prompt and easy, Zia gave me comprehensive explanation on how the system works and what I need to maintain the softener. It was quite a positive experience hiring them. I wait a week to write this review and I am quite happy with the soft water these days, the taste has changed a bit, like those natural spring water.

Reverse Osmosis filter 7 stages (UV light and remineralization) installed successfully. Technician Justin was on time, professional, explained everything and finished in time.

Upon checking with various online sources/forums, I ended up going with Watermart, and I was right. From day 1, Donna was very helpful and answered every single question I had. The next day, she was already able to send Ken out to see all the equipment would fit and spot any other issues before installation. Ken was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Less than 1 week after the initial talk, Ken came back and installed the equipment. Works amazing and again, everybody, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Will definitely deal again with Watermart !!
