    Water filtration system

    I've been a Watermart customer for many years. and the never disappoint. They communicate well, they're respectful and clean. Samir Changed my filters this week - he was polite and efficient. He did a great job.

    Filter replacement

    Just had Zia from Watermart do the annual filter replacement and service. Watermart staff are always polite, on time, professional and reliable. Very satisfied.

    Water Filter Maintenance

    Great service by WaterMart. We have our drinking water filter serviced yearly by WaterMart and are very satisfied. We get a reminder call when the filters are due to be changed. Samir arrived on time, checked everything, cleaned the system and changed the filter. He then took the time to explain the steps required to run the water to get everything good to go. He also helped tighten the drinking water tap in the kitchen. Polite and professional. Very happy with the service from WaterMart. Thanks!

    RO system installation

    We just had a new RO system installed at our new place. Everything went smoothly, as I have learned to expect from Watermart. Samir explained everything he was going to do, installed the new system, gave us instructions for use and left the kitchen spotless. Yet again, I was very happy with the job.

    New Water Softener

    Great experience with Watermart from initial consultation all the way through to the final install. Donna was amazing and provided great information and support and Ken's install was professional, courteous and all around top-notch. Would highly recommend to everyone!

    Leaking problem

    The technician explained clearly about the problem and changed the faulty parts. He actively arranged to replace the new leaking faucet

    Reverse Osmosis

    Annual maintenance is so easy and seamless with Watermart. They are such a pleasure to deal with- even when my response time must drive them nuts. Samir did the work and he was amazing!

    Softener and RO System Installation

    I have been doing my own review of Water Softener and RO systems and contacted several companies to know what they have to offer. I eventually decided to go with Watermart for several reasons. Donna has been very helpful from the start in explaining about their products and what they do and what configuration will be ideal for our current household without upselling any unnecessary items which I appreciate a lot. The pricing was also great and detailed for the extra work that needs to be done and she was able to work within my target budget. George came by to my house twice, once for inspection and another for the installation. My basement is finished which complicates things because the Main water line is separated from the Furnace Room by a bathroom. George was upfront in explaining my options in order to install the Water Softener and set my expectations on what it would take to do the install (need to cut a piece of the drywall). On the Install day, George arrived on time and he did not rush the job in order to install everything properly. He was even kind enough to help me remove the Rusted Lock Nut of the kitchen faucet that I was trying to replace prior to the RO installation under the kitchen sink. He went above and beyond to do the installation and even advised me on how to easily patch up the hole in the ceiling drywall. With this great experience, I have already recommended Watermart to my cousin and will surely recommend them to other people as well. Many thanks to Donna and George!

    Emergency Service

    Thank you Samir and WaterMart for promptly attending to our repair, especially during a very busy period for you. You were attentive, helpful and quickly dealt with the broken sleeve of our filtration system.
