Dmitri and his team did an amazing job in transforming our ensuite bathroom into a modern, and stylish piece. Unfortunately we had a major leak in our basement which was coming from the bathroom above and we had to completely redo the whole upstairs bathroom. Dmitri recommended a team of plumbers and electricians in order for us to fall within our budget. His team worked diligently, quickly and neatly. We would recommend his team to all of our friends and family. Thank you Dmitri.

Dmitri explained the process, answered all of our questions, met the daily project completion targets and the crew was very professional, organized and clean. TileStars was referred to us by a friend that had nothing but great things to say about their work. We had them do two bathrooms with two walk-in showers, our laundry room, powder room and our main entrance/hallway. The quality of their work is impeccable, they did such a fantastic job. As a previous home builder, I'm pretty picky with my trades, but these guys exceeded my highest expectations. Perfectly straight lines, precision cuts, dead level tiles and a perfect clean up to finish the job. If you want a worry-free experience and peace-of-mind during your ceramic tile project, I wouldn't look anywhere else, these guys are the best of the best. They have a solid team of highly skilled trades that are very efficient and quick, so you will not be burdened by a long drawn out installation schedule. Our project was done start to finish in 3 and a half days. Thank you very much guys, we are extremely impressed!

I needed to have a counter cut to accommodate a new slide-in range. it was sitting in the middle of our kitchen, making it a crisis. he came right away and did it quickly and perfectly, and charged very little. punctuality, quality, price, timeliness, follow up. he was excellent on each of punctuality, quality, price, timeliness, and follow up.

I was upgrading my master bathroom and although I could much of the work on my own, tiling is a whole level of expertise. I searched homestars to find a tiller that could do a nice job for me. After looking through several ads I came across Tilestars. They had a great rating a lot of satisfied customers. Plus they won the homestars award which made me feel real comfortable putting the job in their hands. I sent out for a quote from three other tile companies and Dmitri was first to respond. I asked if he could come over and give me an estimate and he had no problems do that and quickly arranged an appointment. He showed up on time and on the date he said he would. He was very friendly and offered suggestions to help my project. Gave a few different price options if I wanted to add things I didn't even think about. I had removed the floor tiles myself and the cement floor underneath. When Dmitri came to do the job on the scheduled date he said I needed a subfloor and it would put him behind but it was no problem, he did the shower and offered to have a person come in and do the subfloor for me. I said I would do it myself and call him back when it was ready. I went away and then got very busy at work so about 5 days went by and Dmitri called me back to see if the floor was ready and when he could come in and finish the job for me. We scheduled that and he sent Vlad in to complete the tile portion. Vlad was a very friendly guy to and came in a knocked out the rest of the shower and floor in a few hours. It looked great. Dmitri came back on a Saturday which I thought was awesome and completed the grout. He gave the best service, the best price and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family. I've called him back to do my main bathroom next month.

Due to a flood in our basement from the recent storm, and a baby on the way, we required a speedy tiling job. Dmitri and his team provided efficient and quality service. They were on time and Dmitri, the owner, made an appearance everyday even when he was not doing the work himself. He also helped us to get an excellent deal on the tiles. While not the cheapest, I would recommend Tilestars if you want a hassle-free experience and don't mind paying a bit more for that.

We hesitated to replace our sheet flooring with ceramic because of various problem areas in the kitchen. We now have a beautiful new floor thanks to the skill of Dimitri and his crew. All went well and on time with no issues. While not the most pleasant renovation in the home it was done as quickly and with as easily as I can imagine. We are delighted to have chosen them to do the work.

Our 19 year-old home was in need of updating, and we started with changing the flooring on the main floor. We chose an 18x36 porcelain tile and were fortunate enough to find Tilestars to do the job. Dmitri and his crew were consistently on time, on budget and respectful of our family and our home. Each day they took the time to make sure our home was cleaned up (wiping down kitchen counters, hosing down the garage). The quality of work is outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend Tilestars to anyone who is interested in beautiful work and excellent customer service.
