Egbert was very knowledgeable and professional about his work. He did a very through job on the whole house. On top of his professional thoroughness, he was also very personable and humorous; we learned a lot about the house from him and totally enjoyed his service for us. I am sorry for not having been able to write this review earlier, for just having been too busy with the buying and packing etc. However, I did not forget about sharing this good experience on line. Both my husband and I would definitely recommend him without any reservations. Thanks Egbert !

Egbert was a great person to do buisness with as well as very knowledgeable about his job.He was thorough and answered all questions with no hesitation.we are first time home buyers and he checked absolutely everything,not leaving anything out.He was honest about what issues he came across and gave us approximate times these issues would need to be fixed. An absolute go to guy if you want a good job done. Definitely a 5 star rating for us!

Egbert is a very professional and knowledgeable home inspector. During the inspection, he took the time to explain to me everything that he was doing as well as what would need to be done to fix the issues we found and how to maintain the house in the long run. He also generated a detailed report of everything that was inspected and relevant information for explaining the problems and fixing them. Besides him being very skilled and competent in his job, he was very friendly and I had a good time working with him. I highly recommend his services!

We were moving from Ontario to Calgary and made an offer on a house. Egbert helped us with the home inspection despite us not being able to join in person. He was on the phone with us as he walked through the house and described his findings. We received a very thorough written report the day after. Egbert is very knowledgeable about anything related to home construction, and was able to give us advise and tell us in advance which parts of the house will need extra work, and what kind of maintenance we'll have to anticipate. He also came for another quick visit a few weeks after we had moved in, to answer some additional questions that we had.

I had previously reached out to Diamond Home Inspection 4 years ago on our new build. Back then Egbert delivered and this time was no different. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain every aspect of the inspection in simple terms and details so that I could understand the whole process. Very patient and always takes the time to answer my questions. He will notice the very small details that clients will often miss (this time around he observed that a door latch was installed backwards, a detail that even the homeowner had not been aware of for years). Highly recommend his services, thanks again! Oh and always come prepared with a joke or two :)
