We had our complete roof and detached garage along with the gutters replaced in Oct. The team was reliable, efficient and a pleasure to be around. The office staff is extremely efficient and friendly and answer questions in a timely fashion. The finished product looks amazing and we could not be happier. Thank you!

We started looking in May 2018 for a company to do our roof before the next wet or freezing season (it could be any day here in Edmonton). We had 5 estimates. We chose Reid's Roofing because they were very informative and took the time to make sure we understood all aspects of what was going to take place. They made us feel comfortable with our choices and we are very happy, They did the roof in 2 days in scorching weather and cleaned up and left like they were never here....great job Ninja roofers. Love the color

If you are looking for a roofing company, STOP, you have found them! We live in an area where numerous roofs were damaged by hail. I’ve seen the good, bad and ugly when it comes to roofing companies but thankfully, I had the honour of seeing excellence when Reid Roofing replaced our roof. If I could, I would give them 11 stars! They provided an extremely competitive quote, were very helpful with our endless questions, constantly kept us updated on any delays due to weather, were tremendously professional and accommodating while on-site, and particularly diligent to ensure the roof was protected from mother nature. What really made our experience exceptional, was their response to a small concern we had…they were on-site the day we raised our concern and went above and beyond to correct the issue. AMAZING!

I asked for 3 companies to provide a quote for this work - I looked up reviews. This was the most economical quote and had the best reviews. The tradesman who came was on time, worked well and did not leave a mess to be cleaned up. He told me exactly what he had done. Our eaves troughs are working well. Thank you,

Reids Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof. Calvin was prompt with quoting the job and the office staff were incredibly friendly. The crew arrived when scheduled, worked through 30+ degree weather, avoided a flower bed next to the house (not a single casualty) and did a great job cleaning up. Oh, and the roof looks awesome! I'm very happy to recommend them.

This company has been amazing - right from the receptionist to the three crews who completed the work. They were all pleasant, professional, helpful and so nice to have around. All of them went the extra mile to get the work done as promised. Once complete Mark came out to check on the finished project and he was equally pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend Reid's Roofing to anyone who wants the job done right!

We hired Reid's Roofing to repair a few loose shingles (wind damage) and to install a chimney cap. Although the job itself was small, they were very prompt in sending someone out to provide an estimate, and we really appreciated the forthright discussions about the overall condition of our roof/recommended work. The gentleman sent out to complete the work was very polite, kept the work area clean, and took the time to walk us through the work when he was finished. We are very happy with the quality of work and wouldn't hesitate to hire Reid's Roofing again!

After a not so great experience with another roofing company, we turned to Reid’s roofing to complete our roof and eavestrough replacement project in April of 2018. We a substantial amount of anxiety (strictly due to our previous extremely bad experience with another company) we signed the contract with Reid’s. Jake was great with explaining every detail of the contract and Jessica to walk us through the process and steps that were to take place in order to complete our project. ON TIME ON SCHEDULE our supplies were dropped off to our home and the following day work began! The roof was completed on time and on schedule! Although there was a few minor details that we were unhappy with the roof, Calvin and Jessica were wonderful to answer their phones on a Saturday and Calvin was on our site Sunday to review and walk through it with us and listen to our concerns. NO QUESTIONS, NO EXCUSES Calvin was up on our roof fixing our issues that he could himself ON SUNDAY! Reid’s roofing was back on our site Monday morning to finish up the details that Calvin was unable to do! Wednesday morning the eavestrough crew was on our site ON TIME AND ON SCHEDULE and completed our eavestrough project the same day! NO MESS and EXTREMELY polite and professional! Friday morning Pete, the site superintendent (please forgive if I got the title wrong) to complete a final walk through with me. A few last minute minor details were brought to his attention and he, just like Calvin, was up on the roof tidying things up to a higher standard. After payment was made he said he would be back Monday to complete a few other things that he himself were not happy with and asked permission to come back (we were not going to be home). With no hesitation permission was given. Fast forward a week, we arrived home and we finally got to see the FINAL and COMPLETED project in the light of day..... and WOW! Pete had truly gone above and beyond with what needed to be done! He not only cleaned up some trimming (aesthetics) but also replaced some additional items just because they didn’t meet his standards! Not only did Reid’s roofing exceed our expectations....., they truly blew them out of the park! They turned our bad experience around into an amazingly positive one, and showed us that not all contractors are bad. They showed and proved to us that there are conpanies out there that truly look out for the consumer and WILL go that extra mile!!! We now have a beautiful roof and eavestroughs! I HIGHLY recommend Reid’s roofing to anyone in the market for roofing and eavestrough needs! To Calvin, Jessica, Jake and Pete..., thank you THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!! Our old gutters were leaking right by the front door, causing a real hazard. Nothing we tried would stop it. Jake the estimator was very quick to estimate the job. The installer Russ and his co-worker were very professional and fast and even though the weather wasn't cooperative, they stuck with it until it was done. Would highly reccomend them.

Contracted Reid's Roofing to inspect our roof for a possible water leak. They identified numerous problems with the insulation, vapor barrier and sealing and vents in the two attics. The also found the water leak and corrected all the problems. They and their staff were pleasant, polite and professional. Highly recommended company.
