I called Atiar on a stove repair years ago - It was great service. The technician fixed the issue in one service call. Recently I recommended High Tech for a friend whose dishwasher is not working. It was very easy and efficient to schedule service appointment with Atiar. The technician came in and gave honest advice that it would not be economical to repair. The technician came in again for the disconnect of old unit and the installation of the new unit. Excellent communication and service quality. Excellent price as well as I shopped around for prices. Definitely recommend!

Exceptional service we couldn't be happier. Our Samsung Dryer stoped drying last night. I called High Tech Appliances and was given a reasonable quote over the phone. We were able to get an appointment next morning. We got a call about 30 min before arrival at our home and the repairs were done quickly and efficiently. Very happy with this company. Would use them again.

Altair, was prompt and on time. Very pleasant and competent. Two visits as the first one was to assess the situation. Was back the next day and same time to complete the work.

my top load washing machine wouldn't spin so I gave a call to Atiar and he came right over the next day (Sunday). Luckily it was something that was easy to repair but was incredibly grateful for the professionalism and customer service that was shown to me. For 8 years I have called upon Atiar and his team at High Tech to repair my major appliances. The last instance was today when my dishwasher began leaking. Not only was the call answered quickly but the technician took the time to explain good maintenance procedures. Mohammed is a graduate physics student and typical of the very qualified technicians employed by High Tech.

The gentleman who came to fix my oven was very Efficient, friendly and lowest pricing I received to have this appliance repaired. I phoned in the morning and he has arrived a couple of hours later with the right part to fix the issue. Very happy with my experience

This is the second time I have used High Tech Appliance Service and this experience was just as great as the first. Atiar responded to my call within one hour and was at our home later the same day. He was right on time, pleasant, courteous and very efficient. The repair went exactly as he predicted based on our description of what was going on. He showed me exactly which parts he was replacing and the new parts he had brought along that he put into the dryer. Once finished he left the work area tidy and clean. What more could you ask for. Will definitely call High Tech again in the future should we need appliance repair.
