Amazing service! The gentleman came within hours of me calling him and was able to immediately diagnose the problem. He repaired our dryer within an hour or so. He was professional, courteous, on time and reliable. I can't recommend enough.

Our front-loading washing machine had begun to emit a rather funky door. It still worked, but the odour became problematic. High Tech Appliance Service had been recommended to me by a neighbour. They were super responsive and came at my earliest convenience. Being very familiar with all of the modern washing machines, they knew that the issue was most likely the motor which had ceased to expel all the water each time we ran a cycle. As a result, the water sat and became smelly. Though the repair person tried to repair it, he was unable and the motor had to be replaced. Luckily though as this is a fairly common problem, he had the part on hand and was able to replace it immediately without need for a follow up visit. He was super polite, honest and totally knew what he was doing. I will definitely be using High Tech again and tell all of my neighbours about them.

The heating element on my dryer was not working. Within a week, Mr Altiar R. came, diagnosed the problem and replaced the heating unit. He explained and showed me what needed to be done and why and provided advice about care for both the washer and dryer. I am very pleased with his service and the company and will use them in the future for other appliance repairs. Quote and service price was very reasonable. (I have had the heating element replaced before by another company.) Highly recommended.

Atiar came last year to fix my washing machine. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He just came today to fix my oven. He did a fantastic job and was very friendly. I have been more than happy with his services. I will continue to use this company in the future and high recommend Atiar.

I hired High Tech Appliance Service to help me reconfigure my fridge/freeze. A tiara was extremely professional and did the work at a great price. There was a small follow issue and he re-attended immediately to help and refused to accept further compensation. Great guy and I recommend him.

Our Maytag dryer was squealing when it was run and the noise was getting worse. We decided to stop using the dryer, just as we put in a wet load from the washer. I had been looking online at how to replace the wheels and pulley myself, but opted not to try and call in someone who knew what they were doing. That's how I found High Tech Appliance. I read the HomeStars reviews, and they weren't wrong. I called Atiar on a holiday Monday, expecting him to come later in the week. Instead, he said he could be here in 30 minutes. And he was. Dryer was fixed quickly and we were back in business. Excellent service and I didn't pay more for the repair on a stat holiday. Very impressed. I would use him again for any other issues we may have and I would recommend him immediately to others. Very happy with the service!

The best of the best! No one else could solve my washing machine fully until High Tech Appliance showed up. They are very patient, kind, and they came back quickly with all the parts I needed. They are my go-to for all housrhold repairs in the future!

We called this company to repair our gas stove. Atiar showed up on time, but his behavior was increasingly insulting and rude throughout our interactions. He replaced the part originally assessed to be broken, and then insisted we change the control panel too without checking the original part, though it was working perfectly. Later we learned from a second repairman that this was completely unnecessary. In the end, he (Atiar) did not repair the original non-functional part or restore the control panel and left it without fixing anything, forcing us to seek other repair technicians since Atiar does not answer his phone, though he did not have any issues answering his phone when he was here on our service call. Despite paying the second repairman for their service call, he was unable to fix anything at all due to the mess left behind by Atiar. I will never recommend this rude, incompetent man to anyone as it would be a waste of your time and money.

Our 9 yr old Kitchenaid refrigerator was not cooling properly and freezer was starting to thaw. Contacted High Tech. They responded promptly, set up a next day service and arrival window. Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem (relay switch). Atiar is a true professional who carefully explained the work performed and costs involved. I highly recommend Hi Tech for any appliance repair needs.

I called High Tech Appliance Service on a Monday evening, after noticing my freezer contents were thawing, after recently moving the fridge back into place. [It was moved during a kitchen renovation]. Atir answered the call on the Monday evening and said he could come by the next day between 4pm and 7pm. He arrived in that window AND even called twice before arriving, to give me a more accurate ETA. He vacuumed the back of the fridge and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He gave me a reasonable quote, and had the 2 parts that I needed in his car. After replacing the parts he stayed for about 10 minutes to make sure the fridge was working. This was an EXCELLENT experience end-to-end and I'd recommend High Tech Appliance Service wholeheartedly. Thank you Atir!
