    Dryer Repair

    Atiar's response to my plea for help was prompt, professional, punctual, honest, pleasant and very considerate. I will definitely call for his help again when my dryer isn't working and pass along his contact information to my friends!

    Washing machine repair

    When my washer stopped working, I set up an appointment with the service company listed on the Whirlpool website but cancelled after reading their bad reviews. I contacted High Tech Appliance Service instead. Atiar came immediately the day after. He was friendly, prompt and immediately diagnosed the problem as being the washer door lid. He said in case it wasn't, I wouldn't be charged, but it turned out it was...and it was fixed in less than 30 minutes. His price was very reasonable and he even said to call him if there were any problems. Very professional and I'd highly recommend them.

    Dryer

    I recently called High Tech Appliance Service to repair my dryer, which was not heating up. I was pleased when Atair answered my call promptly and agreed to come take a look at the issue on a Saturday afternoon (at my convenience). When I booked the appointment, I was given a three-hour window (12-3) and on the day of the appointment and Atair called ahead to indicate when he was on his way. Atair was polite and professional and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. He had the required replacement part with him in his truck, so he was able to fix the issue in one 30-minute visit. I will certainly use High Tech Appliance again! Thanks Atair!

    Fridge Repair

    We phoned Atiar at 12:45 inquiring if he was able to come and look at our Fridge which wasn't cold. He immediately asked the right questions about make and model and gave us a window of 2-4 that same day to come. Due to school pickup we requested he come at the earlier part that window - and he was there at 2.. He looked at the Fridge, immediately knew the problem and fixed the problem (new thermostat and timer) and was gone in 30min. Great service and a pleasure to deal with - we couldn't ask for anything more!

    Washing Machine Repair

    Quick response to my call. Fair, prompt and polite service. Provided good advice about another appliance issue in my home that was knowledgeable and saved me money on an expensive part.

    Washing Machine Repair

    I was quite panicked about my washing machine leak and called Hightech and Atiar promptly answered my questions and made an appointment to come out the next day. He was courteous, friendly, has very fair rates and got the job done thoroughly. Would highly recommend him!

    fridge and dryer repair

    This is the third time I have called upon High Tech Appliance Service, clearly an indication that I am extremely satisfied with their service. The first occasion involved the repair of 2 dryers that were not supplying heat in 2 separate rental units of my house. Atiar fixed both in record time even having to replace the heating coil on a very old model dryer. The second occasion involved a tenant claiming the washer was not working. Atiar confirmed that the washer was working perfectly well and that the problem was an overloaded washing machine, therefore I only had to pay for the $60 service call which I felt was very fair. The most recent call involved a Frigidair fridge that was leaking water on to the first shelf which Atiar diagnosed immediately and indicated that it needed a new cold control and timing device - all of which were immediately available. Considering that this was a large fridge it was well worth replacing the parts. Importantly, Atiar was very responsive to my calls offering his service the same or next day. In summary High Tech Appliance Service is an excellent service that I would recommend to anyone, where the owner Atiar is honest, efficient (everything was repaired right then and there) and very knowledgeable of repairing all types of household appliances at a very reasonable cost.

    Washer and Dryer repair

    Dryer knob busted (for months) and finally wasn't even able to turn the thing on anymore, then to top it off my washer stopped draining. Spoke with Atiar and he came promptly when he said would--which is a very pleasant surprise this day--and wihtin an hour he diagnosed the problem and replaced the parts necessary all for a very, very reasonable fee. Great demeanor and if I have any problems with ANY other appliances he will be the first person I call. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

    Gas Oven Repair

    Atiar Rehman is just amazing. He's honest, always on time, polite and does a fantastic job. I've had him come several times over the last few months to repair an oven, hood fan, a washer and dryer in several apartments that I own. In every case, he came on time and early, stayed till the problem was fixed and always left the space neater than it was when he started work. I'm never using another person to fix appliances. Mr. Rehman is it for me. Thanks!

    Refrigerator repairs

    Everything was perfect. I am a returning customer, and both times the repairs happened the same day I called. Fair, consistent pricing, courteous service, accurate arrival and repair time estimates. This company explains clearly what needs to be done, and how much it will cost.
