    Samsung Dryer Repair

    WOW....What incredible service!! I initially had a major competitor come by to assess my dryer issue. They claimed it was the electrical outlet's fault and didn't even bother checking the machine. I then had an electrician come and confirm that there was no problem with the outlet. When Atiar came, he diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, repaired the dryer, and provided excellent service. My mistake? Not calling Atiar at Hightech Appliance first. Highly, highly recommended!!!

    GE Stacked Condo Dryer

    I was very impressed with High Tech Appliance Service. Atiar was very professional from beginning to end and with a smile. With my busy life, somehow I lost a scarf down my dryer vent meant for lint. He had it out and my dryer all put back together in less than an hour. I was finished laundry by 1pm on a Sunday and could relax for the rest of the day. I will definitely use Atiar in the future and pass on his name to friends and family. It's very refreshing to know I have someone I could call in a time of need.

    Dryer repair

    Called high tech about my condo dryer issue and they had someone at my place the next day and the replacement part in by the end of the week! They were friendly, honest, and quick! Recommended them to others in my building with the same washer/dryer units.

    Maytag Bravos Dryer

    This is the 2nd time I used Hightech Appliance Service the first was to install a dishwasher and now to fix my dryer I found Atiar to be very dependable and very knowledgeable he arrived on time and fixed my dryer he also re-connected my venting hose properly so that it will not fall off.

    Washing Machine Repair

    My machine would not drain, and I could not solve… line was not blocked, and pump was working fine. Atiar came the next day, was on time and had the machine fixed in an hour.

    Washing Machine Repair

    Our washer broke on a Sunday night. Atiar came at 8:30 that very night. He had the part we needed and fixed it on the spot. Reliable and professional. We would recommend him to anyone.

    Dryer and gas range repairs

    I contacted Atiar by email last night after our dryer broke and I read reviews on this site to find a repair technician. He answered my email at 6:30 this morning, and answered the phone when I called an hour later at 7:30. He said he could come between 11am and 1pm, and he was here on the dot at 11am. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the heating element in our dryer, and also diagnosed a failing igniter in our gas stove and replaced that, too. I was impressed with his punctuality and professionalism, and I would call him again for other appliance repairs.

    Washing machine repair

    I called High Tech and within one hour a technician came to my condo, identified the problem, and fixed my washing machine. I would have paid almost double had I gone through Whirlpool. The service was honest, speedy and pleasant. I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

    Gas Dryer install

    Helped me install my new gas dryer and washer in my basement. Disassembled my old dryer and helped me take it to the curb. Unfortunately, we ran out of time and he couldn't help me with my old washer. Will have to tackle that tomorrow.

    Dryer - Blower Wheel Replacement

    Fast, had the part in stock, texted a head of time, friendly. Did exactly what he said he would. They were much better than Transglobal, who refused to come back out to replace my part after they "closed the work order" due to it taking so long for the part to arrive.
