    Dryer Repair

    I can't say enough wonderful things about the service I received from Atiar. He returned my initial call within 1 hour. He was accommodating, honest and caring. He is clearly very ethical and did a great job repairing my older dryer. He knew what to look for, and how to check all aspects of the job. Knowledgeable and thorough. Just the best!

    Dryer Repair

    Had an issue with my Kenmore dryer not heating. Called Atair and he came over the next day as promised. He determined that one of the heating coils had broken off and replaced only that coil instead of replacing the entire heating element. Total cost of repair came to 120/-. Also had a microwave that wasn't turning on. Not wanting to throw away a perfectly good machine asked Atair to look at it. He opened it and found the fuse had blow. Suggested I pick a replacement fuse at Radio Shack and didn't charge me a cent. Highly recommended.

    Bosch Dishwasher Repair

    The technician was able to come out to help with my dishwasher as soon as I was available. He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered me the option of re-routing the drain pipe myself (to save money) or doing the work at a reasonable charge. I had him do the work and he was very quick, tidy and professional. If I have another appliance break down, now I know who to call.

    Fridge repair

    The technician came right next day and took only a mere 30 minutes to return the fridge to life. The repair fee seems a little too high, but the technician is a pro, he assures warranty and overall he is definitely recommended.

    Washer Repair

    I called HTAS on Tuesday morning and spoke directly with Atiar. I explained that my washer was leaking small amounts of water even when the machine was not running and would only be home in the early evening for an appointment. Atiar was very pleasant and agreed to an appointment between 4:30 and 6:00. He arrived at 5:30 and located the leaky hose within 5 minutes. He showed me the problem, explained what needed to be done to get it fixed, the cost and how long it would take. I agreed to the repair and the hose was replaced in 15 minutes. Dealing with HTAS was efficient, professional and super convenient!

    Dishwasher Repair

    Dishwasher would not drain and was leaking everywhere. Called Atiar and he showed up right on time the next morning, fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up the mess. Excellent service, result and price. Would highly recommend him for future issues like this!

    Freezer repair, Stove repair, Dishwasher repair

    Everything breaks at the same time! Called Atiar and he fixed all my appliances right away and at a reasonable price. Many thanks to a very courteous, reliable person who charged what he quoted (no hidden costs!) and did so in a timely fashion - many thanks!

    Refrigerator repair

    Our freezer stopped freezing and our fridge was not cooling appropriately. To add to the stress I am due to deliver a baby at any moment. Atiar called back immediately and worked us into his schedule when I was able to meet him. He charged exactly what he said he would (despite an extra part being broken, which was unforeseen and had to be replaced) and was still as competitive if not cheaper than other companies I called (who said they would take a few days to come see us and told me that the part it sounded like I needed would also take a few days to come in). Atiar had the replacement part purchased and put in that same day. He also gave us a 100% money back guarantee if the fridge did not work after his repair. This man saved my life- he is honest, reliable, prompt, clearly knows what he is doing and confident in his workmanship. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and family.

    fridge repair

    Fridge was not cooling. I phoned in the morning and the technician was here at exactly the time he'd estimated. He identified the problem immediately and repaired it within half an hour. Friendly, polite, competent. Absolutely recommend.

    dishwasher repair

    I needed a quick repair on my dishwasher which was leaking due to a worn out valve. My dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and I have company coming tonight! Like the last reviewer, I called 5 appliance repair shops and ONLY Hightech Appliance Service answered my call. Atiar was on the job in just over 1hour and fixed the problem promptly. Atiar was polite, professional, knowledgeable and immaculate. I am running my dishwasher right now and will be all ready for my company tonight. Atiar, thank you for coming to my rescue! It was like "magic" how you appeared so quickly and fixed the problem in a snap! I HIGHLY recommend Atiar and High Tech Appliance Service!!!!!
